Trump Addresses The Nation On The Coronavirus, Claims Risk To Americans Is ‘Very Low’

Panic and concern over the spread of the Coronavirus here in the US continues to grow as the latest reports reveal that the World Health Organization (WHO) is now telling folks to prepare for a possible pandemic.

The New York Post reports that the worldwide death toll from the infection currently stands at over 2,700 — with most of the cases still in mainland China. More than 80,000 global cases have been reported across every continent except Antarctica. It was said that there have only been 60 confirmed diagnoses across the US, according to the CDC.

U.S. President Donald Trump finally decided to address the nation today. While speaking to reporters this evening at a news conference at the White House to discuss how his administration was handling the virus threat, Trump said that a vaccine is being developed “rapidly” and “coming along very well.” He added that “the risk to the American people remains very low. The level has been very low and those people are getting better.” Trump then put Vice President Pence in charge of the administration’s coronavirus response.

“We’re doing really well, and Mike is going to be in charge,” Trump said, noting that Pence’s experience as governor of Indiana made him adept at working with state and local health authorities. “We’re ready to adapt and ready to do whatever we have to as the disease spreads, if it spreads,” he said.

According to NPR, Trump also said he would work with Congress on funding. His administration has asked for $2.5 billion, but he said lawmakers appear amenable to offering much more money.

Prince Harry Wants Everyone To Call Him ‘Harry’ From Now On

Prince Harry has made some big changes in his life and it looks like he’s about to make another one!

According to CNN, Prince Harry has decided that he would like to be called just “Harry” from now on. This follows his decision to step down from his royal duties with his wife, Meghan Markle.

The news site reported that Harry even asked attendees at a recent tourism conference to simply call him “Harry,” as he begins his final round of public engagements before starting his new normal life —- away from the British royal family. Ayesha Hazarika, the event host for his sustainable travel initiative, Travalyst, explained that Harry made the new request during his appearance on Wednesday. She said,

“He’s made it clear that we are all just to call him Harry, so ladies and gentlemen please give a big, warm Scottish welcome to Harry,” CNN quotes. The news site also noted that Harry is still allowed to use his royal titles — Sir or His Royal Highness — but just for a few more weeks as he has agreed to give up the descriptors when he officially steps back from the family on March 31.

The Duke of Sussex recently returned to London to carry out his final public engagements before that date. Meghan is expected to join him in the coming days.

On Wednesday, Jada Pinkett-Smith released the full episode of “Red Table Talk” with rapper Snoop Dogg, where they talked about the death of Kobe Bryant, the rapper’s viral video which was directed to CBS This Morning host Gayle King and more.

As we previously reported, Gayle faced tons of backlash for bringing up Kobe’s 2003 rape allegation during an interview with Lisa Leslie. Snoop Dogg was one of many people who was upset over it; and while speaking with Jada, her mother Adrienne and daughter Willow, Snoop explained what made him get into that space to create a video and publicly call out Gayle King, which some folks found “disrespectful.”

During their conversation, he admitted that he let his emotions get the best of him but said his intentions were to “protect that woman and them babies over there because she’s still grieving. Let’s give them that respect.” The well-respected rapper also said he reached out to Gayle to apologize and hopefully set up a one-on-one meeting where they could hug and talk things out in person.

Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna were tragically killed during a helicopter crash in California last month. Seven of their friends also died with them. While it still not exactly clear what caused the helicopter to crash, law enforcement sources say heavy fog was a contributing factor.

Shakira And J.Lo’s Super Bowl Halftime Show Sparks 1,300 FCC Complaints

It’s been a few weeks since the big Super Bowl show aired and it looks like some people are still upset over J Lo and Shakira’s halftime performance. Apparently, it was just too spicy for some people to handle!

As we previously reported, the ladies lit up the stage with their sexy costumes and Latin spice while performing some of their hit songs. While many people loved their epic show, there were a couple of people who disliked it… a lot. According to CNN, some folks were so bothered by their number that they filed complaints!

Apparently, The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) received 1,312 complaints from viewers who had something to say about their performance. Some of the complaints, which were sent to CNN by FCC officials and first obtained by WFAA, came from parents who felt their children were exposed to a “porno show.” Shockingly, other adults thought the show encouraged sex trafficking while a number of viewers were upset that no public warnings were shown before the show.

Some of the complaints read,

“My family was very excited to watch the Super Bowl tonight,” a viewer from Washington complained. “However, I was not prepared to explain to my 11 yo daughter why Jennifer Lopez was dressed so scantily or why she kept grabbing her crotch. My daughter was asking if she was feeling sick from having so much skin showing.”

“This is not appropriate family entertainment as the Super Bowl advertises. It was appalling! And then having young girls join the spectacle,” a Kentucky viewer said. “No wonder there is sex trafficking when you call this family entertainment. And where’s the Me To women? Do you not see the hypocrisy?”

“What are you teaching young girls?” a Wisconsin viewer said. “Dance around half-naked to make men excited then claim #MeToo for harassment? It’s ok to be some sexual being and shake your naked rear end and expose your crotch and dance on a pole in front of the world?,” CNN quotes.

Hot Pockets Heiress Given 5 Months Prison Sentence For Role In College-Admissions Scandal

Looks like things are heating up in the college admissions scandal as Hot Pockets heiress Michelle Janavs has just been handed down her prison sentence!

According to NBC News, Janavs, whose family’s company developed the microwavable snack Hot Pockets, appeared at the federal courthouse before being sentenced in connection with a nationwide college admissions cheating scheme in Boston. Initially, she pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit fraud and money laundering in the big scandal. However, she eventually admitted to paying fixer Rick Singer $300,000 for help in fraudulently boosting college qualifications of her two daughters.

While addressing the court on Tuesday, Janvas said, “I’m so very sorry I tried to create an unfair advantage for my children.” The judge ordered her to report to prison on April 7, NBC Boston reported. Prosecutors had asked for 21 months but it looks like she got a slap on the wrist with 5 months given to her instead.

Defense lawyers claim their client Janavs has already been punished enough with public embarrassment and shouldn’t be sent to prison. They also said the dedicated mother and philanthropist fell for Singer’s “manipulative sales tactics.” “The fallout from Michelle’s actions stand as a beacon to others that illegal shortcuts are a recipe for disaster, regardless of the punishment the court imposes on Michelle,” her lawyers wrote.

Janavs is among a bunch of other affluent parents involved in the massive cheating scandal, which includes “Desperate Housewives” star Felicity Huffman and “Full House” actress Lori Loughlin.

Donald Trump Jr. Receives A Permit To Hunt Alaskan Grizzly Bears

It looks like Donald Trump Jr. found something else to do with his free time when he’s not working with his dad or defending him from Twitter critics. According to the Daily Mail, he has just received a permit to hunt and kill a grizzly bear in Alaska, officials recently shared.

The 42-year-old was granted the permit to hunt north and east of Nome later this year. Now, apparently he was looking to get a license but the Alaska governor limited the number of “dignitary” licenses and game tags that he can hand out. So, he didn’t get one, a spokesman for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game said. Instead, he managed to get one of 27 licenses designated for out-of-state hunters in the area.

As many people know, the president’s eldest son is an avid hunter and has made several trips to hunt in Alaska and Canada. He will be able to continue his hunting trips starting August 1 as his permit starts then and will last through May 31, 2021. It was said that since he’s an out-of-state resident, Trump Jr. must be accompanied by a licensed Alaska guide for his hunt.

Officials noted that for state conducts periodic drawings for permits to hunt bears, caribou, moose and other animals in various regions. Winners are chosen by a lottery, and there are typically many more applications than hunting tags awarded.

“We get thousands of applications,’ Eddie Grasser, the wildlife conservation director for the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, said. Whether anyone wins, he said, comes down to ‘pure chance, luck of the draw.”

Although Harvey Weinstein was finally sentenced to do time in the slammer and is currently in police custody, Rose McGowan still does not feel safe from the disgraced movie producer.

While speaking with Good Morning Britain, McGowan, 46, who was one of the first to publicly accuse him of sexual crimes said “He very much came after me” for speaking out. “He and his giant machine of other monsters — enablers, people that he paid to do dastardly things,” she said Tuesday.

“The other night, I have to be honest, I was sitting at home and I was thinking I should do the laundry and then I thought, ‘Oh, I wonder if he gets convicted if he’ll hire a hitman to kill me?’ These are just casual thoughts of my life and that’s what’s so wrong and sick. And that’s why I fought so hard for this to stop,” She told the UK show.

Speaking on his sexual assault and rape conviction, the actress shared how she felt about it all:

“The last time I actually had hope was the moment before I was raped by him,” she said of her accusations that were not part of the trial. I would rather he just cease to exist, I think the world would be better off,” she told the ITV morning show. I’m happy there is one less serial predator on the streets because I can tell you that people would not be safe if he was out,” Page Six quotes.

Nigerian Man Yanks Wife’s Teeth Out After Learning 3 Children Aren’t His

While trying to relocate his family from their Nigerian homeland to Canada, a man soon learned that the three children he was raising with his wife, were not biologically his.

When asked by Canadian Embassy officials to provide DNA proof, for immigration purposes, showing that the three tykes belonged to him, results came back revealing that there was no relation between the man and the three children he’d been looking after.

Subsequently, the unnamed man returned home to Nigeria for an explanation from his wife. However, he was unable to effectively be convinced, and ended up pouncing on and attacking his wife; which involved him yanking out four of her bottom teeth, and punching her in the face, causing a swollen, black and blue eye, and bloody nose.

At the moment, reports have not released the names of the couple, nor given updates on any arrests or charges made against the man for battering his wife.

Bill Cosby Offers Support To Harvey Weinstein After His Sex Assault Conviction

On Monday, disgraced Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was convicted by a New York jury of sexually assaulting former production assistant Mimi Haleyi in his apartment in 2006, and raping aspiring actress Jessica Mann in a hotel room in 2013. A judge had ordered him to jail immediately following his conviction.

However, the 67-year-old was sent to a local hospital instead as he was experiencing “chest pains” following his court appearance. As of right now, it is unclear when he will be released and make his way to Rikers Island jail. In the meantime, his buddy Bill Cosby lent his support to Weinstein, asking “where do wealthy and famous men find fairness” before blasting the #MeToo movement.

The 82-year-old comedian had his spokesman release a public statement on social media, calling disgraced movie producer Weinstein’s conviction “a very sad day.” The statement also said,

“This is not shocking because these jurors were not sequestered, which gave them access to media coverage and the sentiments of public opinion,” his spokesman, Andrew Wyat began. “There’s no way you would have anyone believe that Mr. Weinstein was going to receive a fair and impartial trial.”

“Here’s the question that should haunt all Americans, especially wealthy and famous men,” Wyatt’s statement continued. “Where do we go in this country to find fairness and impartiality in the judicial system; and where do we go in this country to find Due Process?”

The post concluded by taking a shot at the #MeToo movement:

“Lastly, if the #metoo movement isn’t just about Becky [White women], I would challenge #metoo and ask them to go back 400+ years and tarnish the names of those oppressors that raped slaves. This is a very sad day in the American Judicial System,” Wyatt wrote.

Harvey Weinstein Taken To Hospital For Chest Pains After Rape Conviction

Looks like Harvey Weinstein dodged his first full night in the slammer as he was rushed to the hospital after complaining of chest pains following his rape conviction.

As we previously reported, the disgraced film producer was found guilty of third-degree rape and first-degree criminal sex act in a split verdict in his New York City trial on Monday. The judged ordered him to jail immediately but according to multiple outlets, as he was on his way to New York’s Rikers Island jail, he started to complain of pain in his chest. So, he was rerouted to Bellevue hospital in Manhattan.

It was also said that Weinstein, who was apparently suffering from high blood pressure, felt sick after hearing his fate in a criminal courtroom earlier in the day. Harvey’s “chest pain” claims has people scratching their heads as folks are questioning the timing of it all. However, his lawyers reportedly say his health has been on the decline for quite some time, according to The Blast.

As of right now, his condition is unclear. In the meantime, his lawyers said in a statement that they will be filing an appeal.

“While he was not convicted on the most serious charges, we are disappointed in the verdict and will be filing an appeal. There are issues in this trial that were extremely troubling, and they prejudiced Mr. Weinstein’s ability to have his case fairly judged,” his lawyers said in a statement.

They went on to say,

“In the meantime, we are working on assuring that Mr. Weinstein is brought to Rikers’ Island ‘s North infirmary unit (NIU) at the Anna M Kross center complex or in protective custody so that he can get the best medical supervision and care possible.”

Harvey Weinstein is looking up to 25 years for the two charges he was convicted of by the jury.

While Philipp Plein has been getting praised for including a tribute to the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant during his Milan Fashion Week show, the designer is now also facing backlash for displaying helicopters on the stage, which some social media users found “disrespectful.”

As we previously reported, Kobe lost his life following a helicopter crash in California last month. His 13-year-old daughter Gianna was also on the helicopter along with seven others. While the fashion show featured Kobe Bryant-inspired jerseys with his Lakers’ number on it, folks couldn’t get pass the gold helicopters. One fan tweeted, “Philipp Plein made two gold helicopters for his show today, which falls 27 days after Kobe died in a helicopter crash,” one person tweeted. “BUT DONT WORRY he whipped up a bunch of Swarovski Kobe jerseys (with “Plein” written on them??) so it’s cool. F—k you, Philipp.” Another said, “Distasteful, tacky & material waste.”

Apparently, Plein has provided a statement to Page Six, explaining why he had those props displayed:

“The catwalk setup was already planned and designed in November 2019, way before this tragic accident occurred,” he wrote. “This is the reason why they [sic] were gilded helicopters on the runway. I would have clearly removed them if possible, but it was too late to replace them.”

He went on to say,

”This tragedy affected myself and all the world deeply and I feel that my fashion show have [sic] been the best moment to express my respect and admiration for Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and his family,” the statement continued. “It is sad to see how something positive and constructive can be misinterpreted by people who obviously want to interpret negatively without even having a reason. As a matter of fact, I am really doing something to help and to support the foundation. Actions speak louder than words.”

Aside from this, Plein did share that the proceeds from the Kobe collection will be donated to his Mama and Mambacita Sports Foundation.

We’ve recently been seeing Wendy Williams out and about living her best life in New York City and it appeared that someone has been enjoying it with her! Just last week, the morning talk show host was snapped on a little date with a new man. At the time, it was unclear who the lucky guy was but, Wendy seemed to tease fans with IG posts from her night out on Friday and fans quickly put pieces together and revealed that she was with celebrity jeweler William Selby!

First, she shared a photo of herself in the back of a car, writing, “He sent his car for me… dinner in pursuit. Happy Friday!” She then posted a photo from dinner, which followed another snap in the studio that showed her and Selby sitting close with their hands on each other’s knees. While it appeared that there was something going on between the two, Williams decided to set the record straight during her show on Monday by letting fans know that she is single as a dollar bill!

“Will is my friend we are not a couple and I do not have a boyfriend, that’s it,” Wendy said during Hot Topics on Monday, noting, “If I did [have a boyfriend], I wouldn’t have been out with Will.”

She went on to explain why they appeared to look like a couple:

Vanessa Bryant Reportedly Files Wrongful Death Lawsuit Against Helicopter Company

As mourners gather at the Staples Center on Monday for a memorial service to celebrate the lives of Kobe and Gianna Bryant, it was just reported that attorneys for Vanessa Bryant filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the company that operated the helicopter that crashed last month and took the lives of her husband, daughter and seven other people.

According to TMZ, the complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court against Island Express Helicopters and Island Express Holding Corp. alleges that pilot Ara Zobayan, who also died in the crash, failed “to use ordinary care in piloting the subject aircraft” and was “negligent.”

“Defendant Island Express Helicopters’ breach of its duty and negligence caused the injuries and damages complained of herein and Plaintiffs’ deceased, Kobe Bryant, was killed as a direct result of the negligent conduct of Zobayan for which Defendant Island Express Helicopters is vicariously liable in all respects,” the lawsuit said.

Not only does the suit state that the pilot failed to properly monitor and assess the weather prior to takeoff, failed to obtain proper weather data prior to the flight, failed to abort the flight when he knew of the cloudy condition, failed to maintain control of the helicopter, but it also says that Island Express engaged in unnecessary and needlessly risky means of transportation under the circumstances, TMZ reports.

In addition to that, the lawsuit also says the pilot, Ara George Zobayan, was disciplined in 2015 for violating the visual flight rule minimums by flying into airspace of reduced visibility.

The amount she’s suing for hasn’t been shared. However, Vanessa is asking for punitive damages, claiming the pilot and Island Express were reckless, and the damages could be untold millions.

As the world is preparing to say goodbye to NBA icon Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and the seven other lives lost in the tragic helicopter crash last month in Calabasas, many are gearing up to pay tribute at the memorial today with a series of iconic performances.

Hollywood Unlocked can exclusively report that Beyoncé will perform at Monday’s memorial which will be held at the house that Kobe built, the Staples Center. She is set to be the opening performance for the memorial.

As we are waiting for the memorial to begin, we can share some details of the inside if you didn’t get a chance to attend. Photography and social media are prohibited, but, The LA Times shared images of the program which features pictures of Kobe & Gianna with their family. Attendees also got a shirt with a beautiful image of the two on the back, along with a KB pin.

The memorial has been filled with symbolism from the jump, with the date — 2/24/20 — and the ticket prices — ranging from $24.02 to $224 — chosen to represent the No. 24 and No. 2 jerseys worn by the two.

L.A. Prepares To Honor Kobe Bryant And Gianna At The Staples Center For Public Memorial Service

Today is the day where thousands of people will gather together to celebrate the lives of Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

The event is expected to be incredibly moving and emotional as thousands will be looking back on a bunch of special moments of Kobe as they mourn and pay their respect to the late NBA legend. It’s going to be a pretty big turnout as more than 88,000 applied for tickets just in the first 5 hours they became available. TMZ notes that the Staples Center has a capacity of around 20,000 people. However, it was said that many of those tickets had already been accounted for with Kobe’s family, friends, and the NBA community.

Law enforcement expects thousands of people who can’t get inside the event to stand outside the Center, where Kobe played for 20 years and became a beloved figure in Los Angeles and around the world. It was noted that ceremony will NOT be broadcast on the screens outside Staples so they’re urging fans without tickets to stay home and watch the broadcast on TV or online. As of right now, it is unclear who will be speaking or perform at the memorial.

As we previously reported, Kobe and Gianna tragically died with seven others after their helicopter crashed in Los Angeles on Jan. 26.

Vanessa Bryant, who is expected to attend the event, said of the losses just days after the accident,

“We are completely devastated by the sudden loss of my adoring husband, Kobe — the amazing father of our children; and my beautiful, sweet Gianna — a loving, thoughtful, and wonderful daughter, and amazing sister to Natalia, Bianka, and Capri.”

TMZ notes that the memorial stream will begin at 9:30 AM PT.

Style Expert B. Smith Dies Of Alzheimer’s Disease At Age 70

#Socialites, we have some unfortunate news to share. Groundbreaking model, restaurant owner and lifestyle guru, B. Smith has unfortunately passed away. According to her husband Dan Gasby’s Instagram post, Smith died Saturday night.

Gasby posted a sweet photo of his wife along with a caption that reads,

“It is with great sadness that my daughter Dana and I announce the passing of my wife, Barbara Elaine Smith,” he wrote. “B. died peacefully Saturday, February 22, 2020, at 10:50 pm, of Early-Onset Alzheimer’s Disease in our home in Long Island, New York. She was 70.”

Gasby went on to thank Smith’s hospice and caregivers, as well as thanking their fans for their support. “Heaven is shining even brighter now that it is graced with B.’s dazzling and unforgettable smile,” Gasby wrote.

Smith, who was known for her modeling career and her television program “B. Smith With Style” was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease in 2013. She and Gatsby had always shared her health journey with fans and gave them updates through every step of the way. Some of those same fans have commented under Gatsby’s posts sending him prayers and coldemces as he deals with this difficult loss.

B. Smith will be greatly missed.

#Socialites, let’s continue to keep Pop Smoke’s family and close friends in our prayers as they prepare to say their goodbyes to the late rapper.

According to TMZ, close sources tell the news site that the family will be transporting his body back to New York soon. From there, his loved ones will be gathering this weekend for a private prayer and grief service. It was noted that this event is not his final memorial service or burial. That will be held at a later date, TMZ reports.

As we previously reported, Pop, who was on the rise was shot and killed Wednesday morning at his Hollywood Hills home. Initially, it appeared to be a home invasion but surveillance video suggests his murder was a target hit and not a robbery gone wrong. As of right now, cops have not caught the person responsible for this crime. However, it was said that Pop’s family has been heavily involved in the investigation process as they’re desperately seeking for answers.

In the meantime, people have been trying to remain strong as Pop’s death comes right after the tragic helicopter California crash that took the lives of Kobe Bryant, his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others.

Hilary Duff Blasts Photographer For Taking Pictures Of Her Kids

Hilary Duff is not a happy camper. The actress and protective mom took to Instagram to share the strange encounter she had with a photographer earlier in the day.

In the video, Duff can be seen approaching
a pap for taking photos of several children including her own — while they played football together. The former Disney star, 32, tells the guy if he could please stop snapping pics, but he tries to defend himself by telling her that it is not illegal to do so.

“I’m asking you human-to-human, as a mother, if you don’t know anyone here, would you please stop taking pictures of our children playing football.” The man explains to her that he’s just “practicing his photography” and that her paranoia was “unwarranted.” She responds,
“So I’ll just post this to my 15 million followers on Instagram and let people know how creepy it is that this is what you choose to do on a Saturday morning.”

Duff further explained in her IG post that,
“Paparazzi shooting KIDS Go ‘practice’ your photography on ADULTS! Creep! Laws need to change! This is stalking minors! Disgusting!” While some people defended the guy in her comment section, many of her fans agreed that kids should be off limits. Actress Busy Phillips even backed Duff up in the comment section, calling the interaction “infuriating.”

“This isn’t about his job or his ‘rights.’” Phillips wrote. “This is about his OWN perceived POWER over others. I imagine it’s the only time this pathetic person feels any power in his life. I know it’s illegal for an adult not with a child to be inside a playground- how is taking pictures of children without parental consent legal?!??”

A young gay man named Adrian Alvarez wanted to show the world how great his straight best-friend has been to him so, he created this heartwarming video that has since gone viral.

Alvarez initially shared the video to TikTok but also posted it to Twitter which has been viewed over 1.7 million times and garnered over 128,000 likes. In the caption of his tweet, Alvarez encouraged “Straight boys take notes” as the clip shows how straight men can have gay friends. In the video, you can see pictures and small clips of Alvarez and his friend Hector hugging, wearing wigs, and being happy together. Alvarez says, “I want to show how much I appreciate him for his fluid boldness to not giving a F*CK. He wasn’t scared to show that str8 guys can be as if not even more fem than gays. He broke every straight stereotype.”

Apparently, it hasn’t been easy for Hector, who has missed out on dates with women because they assume that he’s gay and also because he’s doesn’t tolerate any harassment or disrespect towards the gay community.

Alvarez’s video ended with a sweet message to his good friend, ”Hector u mean so much to me. I love you, bro.” Social media users were left emotional over the clip and even shared encouraging messages to both of the guys.

Great news for “Mob Wives” star Drita D’Avanzo. According to TMZ, the reality star was just cleared on state drug and weapons charges this Friday.

As we previously, Drita and her husband Lee D’Avanzo were arrested during a raid at her Staten Island home last year. They were taken in on a slew of charges including criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon and acting in a manner injurious to a child under 17, cops said. Authorities found two loaded firearms – a 9mm and a .38 caliber gun in the bedroom and kitchen — an assortment of pills, including painkillers, a large quantity of marijuana along with two scales with residue, police said.

While Drita doesn’t really have to worry about the slammer, her husband is still in hot waters. Apparently, the DA now says Drita was NOT the target of the search warrant. However, Lee, on the other hand, has been indicted for possession of firearms and weed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York. While speaking to reporters outside of court, Drita said,

“I have no time to celebrate because my husband is not home, but I am very happy with the outcome. All I’m focusing on right now is the fact that this turned out good.”

According to TMZ, the boxer was taken into custody for attending the weigh-in to the Deontay Wilder-Tyson Fury fight and allegedly refusing to leave. Apparently, Broner was reportedly told back in November that he was not allowed to visit the MGM. But despite that, he decided to pop out anyway and it caused some problems.

After being asked multiple times to get off the property, he reportedly ignored those orders. From there, hotel security met up with the fighter and then detained him until Las Vegas police arrived at the scene and took over. Broner was then taken away in handcuffs and transported to the county jail to be processed. He’s set to be released with a misdemeanor trespassing citation.

Now, this is not his first run-in with the feds. Broner has been arrested numerous times over the last several years. Just last year he had an arrest warrant issued for failure to appear in court.

Doctors have issued a warning about a new TikTok challenge that could lead to serious injury or death.

According to the Daily Mail, the ‘Skull Breaker Challenge’ began in Spain where two TikTok users filmed themselves performing a harmless prank with a third participant. The challenge requires the two people on the side to kick the person in the middle off their feet. This can cause injuries to the head, neck, and wrist and so far, two children from the US have landed in the hospital.

Dr. Nathan Richards, internal medicine and a pediatric specialist at Ohio State said the dangerous challenge can lead to fatal injuries:

‘It can be associated with a variety of serious and even life-threatening injuries including, but not limited to, bruising, hematoma, skull fracture, neck strain, neck fracture, concussion and long term complications of concussion, bleeding in or around the brain, loss of consciousness, paralysis, and death,’

A spokesperson of TikTok said safety is their main priority after multiple parents came forward about their children sustaining injuries due to the challenge.

A horrific video caught the moment a college pole vaulter was impaled in the scrotum.

“That one time the pole went through my n**s… 18 stitches later… RIP to my future kids,” ZachMcWhorter posted in the caption next to the gut-wrenching video.

Brigham Young University pole vaulter Zach McWhorter shared the video on TikTok where the pole ripped through his shorts and pierced his balls. He ended up needing a total of 18 stitches!

“I could see right into my scrotum,” McWhorter told BuzzFeed.

Luckily, McWhorter’s coach, who is also his father, and a urologist took him to the hospital and put him back together.

“Immediately after the incident, we got in his car and drove to the hospital and he sewed me up. It required 18 stitches!” McWhorter added.

Trump Loyalist And Ally Roger Stone Sentenced To 40 Months In Prison

Well, look what we have here: Roger Stone, a longtime friend, and ally of President Donald Trump, was sentenced this Thursday to 40 months in the slammer and two years of probation. It’s a punishment that is likely to upset the president and cause speculation that he’ll pardon the flamboyant GOP operative.

As we previously reported, Stone, 67, was found guilty back in November of lying to the House Intelligence Committee and obstructing its investigation into Russia’s meddling in the 2016 presidential race. In addition to that, he was also convicted of threatening a potential congressional witness.

“This is intolerable to the administration of justice and the court should not sit ideally by, shrug its shoulders and say well that is just Roger being Roger,” US District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson said before handing down the sentence. She later added, “The truth still exists, the truth still matters. Roger Stone’s insistence that it doesn’t … [is] a threat to our most fundamental institutions.” Stone, a self-described “agent provocateur” who spent a career in the shadows of Republican politics before helping to engineer Trump’s election, chose not to speak when given the opportunity to during the sentencing hearing.

Now, his lawyers did ask for a new trial this week, claiming a member of the jury was biased. However, Jackson said on Wednesday she would “defer execution of any sentence” until she rules on whether to grant a new trial — meaning Stone wouldn’t have to begin a prison term until that matter is resolved.

As of right now, Trump has yet to rule out pardoning Stone, 67, for his seven felonies.

A huge brawl broke out in the middle of the Bernie Sanders’ rally on Sunday night at the Colorado Convention Center, and it was all caught on tape!

The fight started after one man confronted another man for wearing a T-shirt that said “Black Guns Matter.”

The man who was wearing the shirt is black and told CBS that he was filming Bernie’s rally when he was called “racist.”

“He had a problem with the shirt I was wearing,” the man, who was not identified, told the news station.

“I was recording the event, he walks up and calls me a racist. But I thought, ‘What’s he know about black lives, about discrimination, or, for that matter, the representation of the shirt.’”

At some point, the two men began to wrestle and ended up spilling over the metal barrier that was separating the stage from the audience.

The NY Post reports that the other man claims the brawl started because the T-shirt wearer knocked his phone out of his hand.

Sharon Osbourne is icing things up!! The Talk co-host has decided to make a big change in her life by dying her hair white!! Now, as many know, the 67-year-old has been rocking her signature red hair for 18 years straight, according to PEOPLE Magazine. However, it looks like she finally wanted to switch things up.

Celebrity colorist Jack Martin was behind the big transformation and shared what it was like
to go through the process.

“Sharon has 100% white hair and she was coloring her hair once a week dark vibrant red for the past 18 years. She explained to me that she wanted to do this transformation long time ago but every time she attempts it ends up with a disaster,” Martin wrote along a side-by-side photo of Osbourne’s old and new hair looks. He went on to explain, “Sharon was very tired of coloring her hair once a week and she was obligated to since she is on tv almost every day hosting her popular tv show @thetalkcbs.”

While it looked like a smooth process, but it was a bit do challenge. However, he managed to pull it off! “It took me a total of eight hours from start to finish to get her to a platinum blonde so she doesn’t have to be committed to coloring her hair once a week anymore,” the colorist said.

Fans are loving the new hairdo and couldn’t help but to tell the star how much they like the new style.

Jeff Bezos is stepping up to help fight climate change! The Amazon honcho who‘s worth around $130 billion, made a huge announcement earlier this Monday that he is launching the Bezos Earth Fund which will finance work by scientists, activists and other groups.

In a post shared to Instagram with a picture of the planet, Bezos included a caption that read:

“Today, I’m thrilled to announce I am launching the Bezos Earth Fund.⁣⁣⁣ Climate change is the biggest threat to our planet. I want to work alongside others both to amplify known ways and to explore new ways of fighting the devastating impact of climate change on this planet we all share.” Jeff went on to say, “This global initiative will fund scientists, activists, NGOs — any effort that offers a real possibility to help preserve and protect the natural world. We can save Earth. It’s going to take collective action from big companies, small companies, nation states, global organizations, and individuals.”

⁣⁣⁣Before concluding he added,

“I’m committing $10 billion to start and will begin issuing grants this summer. Earth is the one thing we all have in common — let’s protect it, together.⁣⁣⁣ — Jeff.”

This will probably be great news for Amazon employees who have put pressure on Bezos for climate-friendly policies. As the Arstechnica reported, that pressure may have contributed to Amazon’s September decision to order 100,000 electric trucks and aim for net-zero carbon emissions by 2040.

Here we go again! Meghan Markle’s half-sister Samantha is speaking out for the hundredth time to share how she feels about the Megxit. As we previously reported, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made the shocking announcement last month that they were stepping back as “senior royals.” Apparently, the move came on the eve of the Duchess of Cambridge’s 38th birthday and Samantha believes it was intentional as she thinks Meghan is “jealous” of Kate Middleton.

While speaking with the Daily Star, Samantha said,

“Sad she would do that on Kate’s birthday – I believe she was jealous of beautiful Kate,” she said. Samantha, who’s clearly bothered went on to say, “She could never compare – Kate is iconic! Perfect Queen material and lovely as a family member especially as a mother.” She added, that she was even “impressed with how Kate could make a $200 dress look like $2 million.”

That wasn’t all. Samantha went on to share how she thought it was a poor move of Harry to “persuade” Disney franchise boss Bob Iger to give his wife a job. She said,

“The Disney move would have been fine if initiated after leaving royal roles but seems inappropriate prematurely. And disrespectful of royal protocol. It’s like cheating on a spouse and giving a phone number for a dinner date before being divorced.” Samantha alps referred to the royal family as a “launchpad” which helped Meghan to get to the big places that her Suits wasn’t able to get her.”

Brielle Biermann Opens Up About Her Old Lip Enhancers: ‘I Didn’t Realize How Crazy It Looked’

Brielle Biermann is never the one to shy away from sharing big things that have been going on in her life. As we previously reported, the 22-year-old reality star, who started getting her lips injected at age 18, made the big move to dissolve her filler last month. She’s now opening up to PEOPLE Magazine about why she decided to make such a change.

She told the outlet,

“I’ve been getting them injected off and on since I was 18. I flew out to LA in June 2015 and wanted them done so badly. My mom took me to [celebrity cosmetic surgeon] Dr. Simon Ourian.” Brielle went on to explain that she continued getting her lips done by various doctors during routine trips to Los Angeles and even admitted that she lost track of the number of times she’s gotten it done: “I don’t even know how many syringes have been used on me over the past five or six years,” she told the outlet.

Brielle says she loved the way her full lips looked with the fillers and even ignored advice from her close friends and family when she got a little carried away.

“I didn’t realize how big they were,” the star says. “I’d be like, ‘Oh, I’m going to LA,’ and they’re like, ‘Okay, well maybe let’s not inject the top lip. The top looks good. Let’s do the bottom.’ I was like, ‘F*** you guys. I’m going to do what I want.’ I didn’t realize how crazy it looked. I feel looking back, my lips really looked a little crazy,” she told the magazine.

Although she’s happy with her less-full lips, she does admit that it bothers her that people are extremely judgmental about enhancements:

“The [social media] engagement was through the roof,” Biermann tells PEOPLE. “Everybody was loving my [new] lips. It’s like people are so against any enhancements and are so judgmental. It made me feel bad. I feel bad for people out there who need the enhancements, who want the enhancements, but they’re scared to get judged or to go through kind of what I’ve gone through.”

She added,

“I don’t understand why somebody who doesn’t like their lips or hips or whatever can’t go get that fixed if they have the money to,” she says. We shouldn’t shame women for wanting to help themselves. It’s natural, but it doesn’t always have to be the goal.”

While fans also seem to love her dissolved lips, she recently shared that she re-injected them “just a tad” to correct unevenness from getting them dissolved. Fans have also been praising her for sharing her journey.

14 Americans Test Positive For Coronavirus After Evacuation From Cruise Ship

At least fourteen US citizens were found to have tested positive for the coronavirus as they were evacuated from a quarantined cruise ship to be brought home on Monday.

As we previously reported, thousands of people on the Diamond Princess cruise ship had been quarantined over the deadly coronavirus for more than a week. 300 US citizens were said to be on that same ship. However, the US finally offered flights home for its citizens on Monday morning. Though, fourteen of those passengers tested positive before boarding a plane home and had to travel in an “isolation box” at the back of the aircraft. The US State Department and Department of Health and Human Services said in a joint statement this morning,

“During the evacuation process, after passengers had disembarked the ship and initiated transport to the airport, U.S. officials received notice that 14 passengers, who had been tested 2-3 days earlier, had tested positive for COVID-19,” it said. The agencies added that the passengers had been evaluated, and “all were deemed asymptomatic and fit to fly before being processed for evacuation.”

According to Business Insider, the American passengers will likely travel to Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California, just outside of Sacramento, Henry Walke, the director of the CDC’s Division of Preparedness and Emerging Infections, told the WSJ.

Watch The Shocking Moment A Gunman Opens Fire At RHOA Star Kandi Burruss’ Restaurant

As we previously reported, a shooting took place on Friday at the popular restaurant Old Lady Gang in Atlanta, Georgia. A gunman entered the store on Marketplace Boulevard around 9 p.m. and shot another man while heading outside the place. During the shootout, two innocent bystanders happened to get hit. All three victims were immediately sent to a local hospital to be treated And thankfully none of them suffered any life-threatening injuries.

Dashcam footage obtained by FOX 5 showed the terrifying moment it all went down. In the clip, you can see a black car pulling up to Kandi, 43, and her husband Todd Tucker’s Old Lady Gang restaurant. From there, a man wearing a red or orange jumpsuit is seen walking inside the eatery then chasing another man out of the restaurant and pointing a gun at him. The video then shows the man running out of the frame, with one of the victims on the ground as a woman tries to help. An eyewitness told FOX 5: “We saw the muzzle fire, the gun. It was a very terrifying situation.”

According to the latest updates, police are still on the hunt for the gunman who fled the scene following the shooting. In the meantime, Kandi has released a statement on the incident saying she is sadden by the unfortunate event.

“My family and I are truly saddened by the unfortunate events that occurred at Old Lady Gang (OLG) Camp Creek, on the evening of February 14th, an evening that was meant to celebrate love, unfortunately turned into something quite different. Our prayers and thoughts go out to the individuals that were harmed or in any way negatively impacted. We are aware that this matter is being actively investigated by law enforcement and we are cooperating with law enforcement to bring to justice those involved. As African-American business owners, it has been our goal to invest in our community by bringing jobs, quality dining, and a positive experience to the greater Atlanta area; we hope that you know and understand that the acts of violence that occurred yesterday evening do not, in any way, serve as a reflection of OLG or its values.”

She concluded,

“We appreciate all of the love and prayers that have come our way and we encourage anyone with any information regarding any aspects of the events that occurred to please reach out to law enforcement as soon as possible.”

Disney’s ‘Queen of Katwe’ Actor Nikita Pearl Waligwa Dies At 15

Nikita Pearl Waligwa, the youth actor who appeared in Disney’s biographical drama “Queen of Katwe,” has sadly passed away.

According to BBC and the Ugandan newspaper Daily Monitor, Waligwa had been diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2016. While she seemed to recover a year later, another tumor was found just last year. It was said that “Queen of Katwe” director Mira Nair had helped organize efforts to fund Waligwa’s treatment during filming, according to BBC. The Monitor says that a funding campaign was also started for Nikita to get treatment in India, but local doctors were quoted as not having the proper equipment. She was only 15-years-old.

Waligwa was best known for her role in the Disney pic which was about a chess prodigy from Ugandan. The film was based on the true story of Phiona Mutesi, a 9-year-old chess player who famously competed in international tournaments. Lupita Nyong’o and David Oyelowo also starred in the film. Oyelowo took to social media to pay tribute to the young star, calling her a “ball of light.”

“We mourn the loss of our beautiful Nikita Pearl Waligwa,” he captioned a photo of the actress via Instagram on Sunday. “She was a ball of light in @queenofkatwemovie and in life. Her battle with a brain tumor was humbling to witness. Her light will live on. #rip”

Socialites, we have some unfortunate news to share. The Hollywood world has lost another star. According to Page Six, actress Lynn Cohen has sadly passed away at the age of 86, her rep confirmed.

As of right now, the cause of death for the actress has not been shared just yet. However, it was said that Cohen passed away in New York on Friday which was Valentine’s Day. The veteran screen and stage actress was best known for her role on “Sex and the City.” Her character Magda was a housekeeper and a nanny by the character Miranda Hobbes, played by Cynthia Nixon.

She was also known for her role as Mags in the “Hunger Games: Catching Fire.” Fellow actress Sarah Jessica Parker took to social media to pay tribute to her former co-star and good friend. She said,

NBA Renames All-Star Game MVP Award After Kobe Bryant!

During a press conference in Chicago at All-Star Weekend, NBA Commissioner Adam Silver announced that the NBA All-Star Game MVP trophy will be renamed after the late Los Angeles Lakers legend, Kobe Bryant. While speaking with the press, Silver said the first All-Star Game Kobe Bryant MVP Award will be presented after the game at the United Center in Chicago, where the league is currently celebrating the lives of Bryant, his daughter Gianna along with seven other people who tragically died in a helicopter crash on Jan. 26 in California.

“No one embodied All-Star more than Kobe Bryant,” Silver said in announcing the change. He went on to say, “Kobe Bryant is synonymous with NBA All-Star and embodies the spirit of this global celebration of our game. He always relished the opportunity to compete with the best of the best and perform at the highest level for millions of fans around the world.”

As ESPN reported, Bryant was named to the All-Star Game 18 times in his career, including every year from 2000-2016. He won the game’s MVP award in 2002, 2007, 2009 and 2011. The renamed award is expected to make its debut this Sunday following the exhibition between Team LeBron and Team Giannis.

The Saturday press event was the first time Silver has discussed the tragic event and why he decided not to cancel any of that day’s games.

“The immediate issue was whether games were going to be played that night on Sunday night. Through our operation center in Secaucus, New Jersey, we have a live look into every one of our arenas, and we realized that people were already assembling for some of the games that were scheduled. People were already in arenas, and there still had not been confirmation… that Kobe and Gigi had lost their lives.”

He added,

“So it didn’t feel appropriate to us that we should be canceling our events and acknowledging something that was not official yet. We were in touch with the family indirectly, and I think also, certainly in that moment, they were not prepared to acknowledge something that had not clearly happened.”

3 Shot At Old Lady Gang Restaurant Owned By #RHOA Star Kandi Burruss

According to WSBTV, police are investigating a shooting at one the popular Old Lady Gang restaurants located in Atlanta, Georgia. So far, police shared that a man entered Old Lady Gang 2 on Marketplace Boulevard this Friday night and shot another man inside. During the shootout, two innocent bystanders happened to get hit.

WSBTV reports that the three victims are expected to be OK. However, the names of those who were wounded were not shared just yet. But, what we do know is that the police have confirmed that the targeted victim was a male but didn’t provide any details on the bystanders or their ages. It is also not clear if cops have a lead on the suspect. However, the news site notes that police are actively searching for the gunman.

Two witnesses recently spoke with 11Alive to share what they saw happen during the shootout:

The Old Lady Gang restaurants in metro Atlanta are owned by singer and “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star Kandi Burruss. The 43-year-old has not publicly spoken out on this latest situation just yet. R. Kelly Hit With NEW Charges Alleging Sexual Abuse Against A Minor

New day new charge for R. Kelly. The embattled singer has been hit with more federal charges in Chicago over allegations that he sexually abused another minor victim for four years starting in 1997!

Earlier this Friday, the superseding indictment that was just made public alleges that Kelly sexually abused a girl identified in the charges only as “Minor 6,” who was approximately 14 or 15 years old at the time. While further details on that were not shared, it was said that the new charges also detail Kelly’s businesses: Bass Productions, LTD and his co-defendants Derrel McDavid along with Milton BrownSteve Greenberg took to Twitter to say, “We are aware of the superseding indictment. We continue to fight for him and look forward to the day he is free #notguilty #rkelly.”

Kelly, who’s still in the slammer, is scheduled to stand trial in federal court in April in Chicago and again in federal court in Brooklyn in May. He is also set for a Cook County trial in September.

Socialites, get into this! The stripper who plummeted 15 feet off a pole and suffered major injuries including a broken jaw has made her first public appearance since the accident. Genea Sky appeared on The Wendy Show this Friday where she recalled the scary fall and the aftermath from it all.

As we previously reported, Genea’s accident happened over Super Bowl weekend. In the now-viral video shows Genea dangling from the top of the pole then suddenly falling off, landing straight to the hard ground. At the time, she didn’t appear to be in pain as she continued dancing. But, the next day she revealed on Instagram that she suffered multiple injuries including cuts and bruises, in addition to her broken jaw. In another clip, she also revealed that did have surgery, which went well.

While speaking to the host with her jaw still wired shut, Genea said the fall was “the worst pain I’ve ever felt and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.” The 24-year-old admitted that she has been praying for something to force her to quit stripping so she could put all her focus on going back to beauty school to become an esthetician. From there, Wendy surprised her with a $10k scholarship to help her fulfill that career goal!

Genea also shared that the general manager at the Texas strip club where she performed, also reached out to her to help with some of her medical bills.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry continue to make big changes. Following the move to step down from their royal duties and relocate to Canada, the couple has reportedly fired all of their UK staff and has closed the Buckingham palace office.

According to Fox Business, a total of 15 of the UK staffers who served their office in Buckingham Palace were let go. But, it was reportedly expected as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex broke the news to their employees last month following their Megxit. However, it was said that two of their axed staffers may find their way back into the royal house, but most are currently negotiating their severance packages.

Buckingham Palace has not released a statement on this matter but a close source told The Daily Mail,

“Given their decision to step back, an office at Buckingham Palace is no longer needed,” a source told The Mail. “While the details are still being finalized and efforts are being made to redeploy people within the royal household, unfortunately, there will be some redundancies [firings].”

The source went on to say,

“The Duke and Duchess have a small team, less than 15 people. The team are very loyal to the Sussexes and understand and respect the decision they have taken,” the source said. “They are all close and supporting each other. The team are busy helping to set their Royal Highnesses up for the future and working on a series of final engagements.”

Kentucky Police Department Faces Backlash Over Video Of Officer Punching A Homeless Man

A disturbing video of a homeless man getting punched repeatedly by cops has made its rounds on social media and now people are looking for answers.

According to an arrest report obtained by WDRB, officers were called to the parking garage at the PNC Tower in downtown Louisville, around 9 a.m. Tuesday, after someone reported that a man was harassing people and causing a disturbance. From there, cops say they found a security guard holding 29-year-old Foussene Pemba in a bear hug. Apparently, security employees told cops that they tried to escort Pemba off the property, but he became combative and was not able to remove him. Police tried to put Pemba in handcuffs, but he reportedly put his hands in front of his waist.

They also claim Pemba swung at one of the cops who retaliated with at least a dozen punches to his head. Many people who came across the clip found the move to be very extreme, with some noting that officers used excessive force. The community has urged for an investigation into the policemen. According to the news site, Louisville Metro Police Department has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his arrest.

Pemba recently appeared for a court hearing where the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office argued for an increased bond of $10,000, based on a previous criminal history.

“A prior misdemeanor conviction for Jefferson County is for resisting arrest,” a spokesperson for the county attorney’s office said. “He was out on a bench warrant for criminal trespass 3rd, and the facts and circumstances alleged here would certainly indicate an escalation in behavior and certainly cause concern for the safety of the community.”

However, the judge ultimately settled on a $5,000 cash bond.

UPDATE: Missing 6-year-old Faye Swetlik’s Body Discovered

The body of 6-year-old Faye Swetlik, who went missing on Monday outside her home in South Carolina has been found.

“It is with extremely heavy hearts that we are announcing that we found a body that the coroner has identified as Faye Marie Swetlik,” said Chief Byron Snellgrove of the Cayce Department of Public Safety. “At this time no arrests have been made, we need you to know that this is a fluid investigation and we are working diligently.”

Police are treating the incident as a murder, they also found a body of a man during their search of the area.

A deceased male was found during the search, the police chief said, and that the investigation is only beginning.

“There is no danger to the community at this time,” police added.

Faye Swetlik was last seen playing in the front yard of her home around 3:33 p.m. on Londonberry Lane on Monday after she got off the school bus. Chilling surveillance footage from the bus shows her getting off before she disappeared.

A video taken from last month has hit the internet and now it’s causing a big debate! In the now-viral clip, a woman named Wendi Williams… says she was on a plane from New Orleans to Charlotte when she had a horrible encounter with another passenger.

Wendi says she just reclined her seat back and apparently it pissed the guy off who was seated behind her. In the vid, you can see the guy mumbling something to Wendi but it’s unclear what he says. However, it is clear that he’s extremely annoyed as he repeatedly pushes her seat back-and-forth in hopes of her adjusting it back up. Wendi says things got even more annoying when she reported him to a flight attendant, who she claims just “rolled her eyes,” told her to stop recording the video, and then gave the guy some rum for his troubles.

Wendi took to Twitter to share that American Airlines did apologize for the incident but she’s still going to press charges against the other AA passenger. She also said she’s had to get x-rays, still gets headaches and lost time from work since going a couple of rounds with her fellow passenger.

“I was contacted via phone by ‪@AmericanAir‬, they apologized but really didn’t accept any responsibility for the flight attendant’s actions. I will be calling the FBI to press charges against the “man” who mistook me for a punching bag. Anyone who doesn’t like it, I don’t care!”

The video has caused a big debate on social media with people trying to figure out who was actually wrong in this situation. Meanwhile, a rep for American Airlines also spoke with TMZ and said,

“We are aware of a customer dispute that transpired … The safety and comfort of our customers and team members is our top priority, and our team is looking into the issue.”

Teens Pretend To Spill Coronavirus On NYC Subway

While many people are already on edge over of the deadly coronavirus, two teens have decided to freak folks out even more with their “virus prank.”

In a video shared to Instagram shows two boys sitting on a train in full-body hazmat suits pretending to spill a vat of COVID-19 on a packed subway. As passengers stare at them, one of the guys teases the people by opening up the container then spilling the fluid onto the ground.

Just a couple of passengers seemed to be really freaked out but other folks can be seen laughing as they knew it was just another prank, which are common on the New York City trains. So far, their now-viral video has surpassed 45,000 views and has over 400 comments.

While speaking with Insider, Morris Cordewell, 19, explained that “the first half [of the prank], people were kinda scared,” but “After we were like, ‘Yo, it’s a prank,’ people were laughing,” adding that a mother with her kids next to him “knew it was a joke the whole time.” His partner, David Flores, 17, said, “They kinda figured it out themselves.”

“Body Talk” singer, JayQ The Legend, stormed NYFW2020 in high fashion.

A fashionista himself always looked sharp.

“As a musical artist, says JayQ The Legend, I have always been into fashion and fascinated of how the art and musical worlds collide. As soon as I could afford to dress in designer clothing, there was no turning back”.

As a trial lawyer representing some of the hottest rappers in the south, he never disappointed the jury from head to toe. JayQ The Legend, always clean as the board of health, said,

“I always went into court with my Armani suits, Versace shoes, and coifed dreads – it was my look”.

Some of his favorite brands have historically also included Philipp Plein, D-Squared2, and Hugo Boss, but this season his eyes have been opened to some new options for his wardrobe, including Hakkan Akkaya and Romeo Hunte.

Jussie Smollett Charged AGAIN Over Alleged Fake Chicago Attack

Welp this is not good. According to the latest reports, Jussie Smollett has been indicted by a grand jury on six counts of disorderly conduct for allegedly lying to police about his 2019 attack. As we previously reported, the Empire actor filed a police report claiming he was the victim of a racist and homophobic attack last year. Chicago PD believed that it was all a lie and that he actually orchestrated the attack.

Following a six month investigation by special prosecutor Dan Webb, a Cook County grand jury handed down the new indictment on Tuesday. In a statement, Webb’s office said:

“The grand jury’s investigation revealed that Jussie Smollett planned and participated in a staged hate crime attack, and thereafter made numerous false statements to Chicago Police Department officers on multiple occasions, reporting a heinous hate crime that he, in fact, knew had not occurred.”

Smollett’s camp also issued a statement Tuesday night on the new indictment:

“This indictment raises serious questions about the integrity of the investigation that led to the renewed charges against Mr. Smollett, not the least of which is the use of the same CPD detectives who were part of the original investigation into the attack on Mr. Smollett to conduct the current investigation, despite Mr. Smollett’s pending civil claims against the City of Chicago and CPD officers for malicious prosecution. One of the two witnesses who testified before the grand jury is the very same detective Mr. Smollett is currently suing for his role in the initial prosecution of him.”

As we previously reported, Smollett told Chicago police back in January of 2019 that two white men physically attacked him and called him racial and homophobic slurs. But prosecutors had insisted Smollett faked the racist, anti-gay attack on himself in the hopes that the attention would advance his acting career. Smollett maintained that this all happened and eventually, all charges against him were dropped. In return, prosecutors said, the actor agreed to let the city keep his $10,000 in bail.

Smollett is due in court February 24 at the Criminal Court Building at 26th and California.

A 20-year-old Texas man who crashed his car and survived was shortly killed after stepping out of the vehicle to assess the damage.

In a tragic twist of events, his girlfriend, who was also injured in the accident, was taken to the hospital where she discovered that she was pregnant.

KTRK reports that Fabian Garnica and his girlfriend Destiny Wallace were driving om Saturday in the northbound lanes of Highway 146 in Texas City when he hit a utility pole. Luckily, they both survived the accident, but when Garnica got out of the car he was electrocuted by power lines from the utility pole. Wallace later revealed on a Facebook post that a hanging power lane touched his head.

“I lost someone who showed me real & unconditional love,” she wrote. “Where do I start now? How do I do it? Especially since it’s not just me anymore.. How do I go through givin[g] birth [without] him when that’s something he always wanted to experience?”

Police are currently investigating what might have caused the accident.

Blac Chyna was just living her best life at the Oscars on Sunday but apparently, she couldn’t really take the moment in because of all the hate she was receiving for being there!

Now, although many celebs who are not in film usually attend the big awards show, many people were just confused as to why Chyna was on the red carpet and also sat for the ceremony. A rep is now speaking out to answer some of those questions.

The rep reportedly tells TMZ that she had a very good reason for being there. In Chyna’s view, she more than deserved to be there not only because she contributes to the entertainment industry as star of her own reality show, but as a black woman who “finds inspiration in supporting her friends, mentors, and other talents that have helped provide a blueprint for her career, TMZ quotes. Her rep also noted that the reason why she’s being picked on is because of her skin color, as many other stars like Chyna have graced the Oscars carpet many times before.

“Whether it be the fact that she is a reality star, a single mother, or the inevitable reminder that she was a former stripper … it does nothing to change the narrative that just maybe the Oscars indeed are ‘so white'” … says Chyna’s rep, adding, that this “highlights the fight that many African Americans in the Entertainment Industry face; yes, even during Black History Month.”

Zoo Offers To Name A Rat Or Roach After Your Ex And Feed It To A Snake On V-Day

You no longer have to sit at home and mope around about your horrible ex on Valentine’s Day. Instead, you could get up and do something very entertaining that might even cheer up your day.

According to CNN, a zoo is now letting people name a rat or a cockroach after their ex before watching it get swallowed up by a snake or a bird. Participants will only have to pay $5 for a cockroach and $25 for a rat, and the animals will be offered to reptiles and birds on Feb. 14.

Now, here’s the part that may suck for some people. The “Cry Me A Cockroach” event will only be held at The San Antonio Zoo… in Texas. But don’t worry! the zoo will be live-streaming the event on Facebook so “even if you (or your exes) don’t live in Texas, you can still participate in this “feeding frenzy,” according to the site.

As we previously reported, prosecutors in the college admissions scandal allege that actress Lori Loughlin and husband Mossimo Giannulli were part of the big nationwide college scam. It was said that the couple allegedly paid $500,000 to admissions consultant William “Rick” Singer to falsely designate daughters Olivia Jade and older sister Isabella Rose Giannulli, 21, as recruits to the USC crew team, even though neither of them participated in the sport.

While Loughlin and Giannulli face charges of federal programs bribery, money laundering conspiracy, conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, along with honest services mail and wire fraud, they have pleaded not guilty to those charges, and say that they believe that the money was part of a legitimate donation to the school… While that’s all being sorted out, a falsified resume that appears to lie about the athletic achievements of Lori Loughlin’s daughter Olivia has been released by federal prosecutors!

Now, the document doesn’t specify which daughter it refers to. However, the high school graduation date is 2018, which is consistent with Olivia Jade’s. The allege resume states that the girl was a crew athlete. It listed several awards that she allegedly won and even says that her skillset includes, “awareness, organization, direction and steering,” while labeling her “highly talented.” It also claims that her sister is “currently on our roster and fills the position in our #4 boat.” Despite how good that all sounds, prosecutors note that Olivia Jade never participated in a crew program.

Olivia has lost several endorsement deals as a social media influencer and moved out of her parents’ home. However, neither Olivia nor her older sister has been charged in connection with the alleged scheme.

Meanwhile, their parents face up to 45 years in prison.

UPDATE: Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 900 In China

As expected, the coronavirus death toll has gone up. According to the latest updates by CNN, the Wuhan coronavirus killed 97 people in China yesterday, bringing the total number of deaths to 910 globally as of Monday. It was also reported that more than 40,000 people have now been infected.

People have been extremely concerned over this latest outbreak as the toll has overtaken the global number of deaths caused by the (SARS) — the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome virus, which killed 774 people in 2002-2003. While the growth of new cases could still accelerate, there‘s reportedly still a window of opportunity to contain the spread of the virus, World Health Organization Health Emergencies Program Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreysus said.

Although all of the victims were confirmed to be in China, U.S. officials said a 60-year-old American who contracted coronavirus was among those who died in a Wuhan hospital earlier in the week. Meanwhile, in the U.S., a dozen people have been confirmed as having been infected with coronavirus: six in California, two in Illinois, one in Massachusetts, one in Arizona, one in Washington and one in Wisconsin. No official deaths here in the U.S. have been reported.

Doctors have been trying their best to treat the patiences. A 1,500-bed hospital was even built in two weeks in Wuhan, the city of 11 million people at the center of the outbreak, where they accepted its first patients on Saturday, the government announced. Another 1,000-bed hospital built in 10 days opened last week.
