While showing his unique pieces on the runway, the audience also got to see
Olivia Culpo and Jada Pinkett Smith strutting down the stage. Rap star Tyga was also there and performed during the show. But the special and heartwarming moment was seeing everyone laced in purple and yellow; Kobe Bryant’s signature Lakers’ colors and the number 24. It was a move to pay tribute to the late star who died in a helicopter crash last month with his 13-year-old daughter Gianna and seven others.

After the show, Plein announced that he will be donating the proceeds from the sales of the Bryant-inspired items to the Mamba & Mambacita Sports Foundation in memory of the basketball legend and his daughter Gianna, according to Vogue. It was noted that the tank and sweatshirt are available for purchase now. The tank retails for $2,070, while the sweatshirt costs $3,150.
