High School Students Facing Criminals Charges After Tripping Black Student For Tik Tok Video

Two Seabreeze High School students are potentially facing criminal charges after intentionally tripping a student to create a viral video for Tik Tok.
The video was shared on TikTok, and shows two students kicking the student’s legs out from under her mid-jump, causing her to fall hard on he face,
Daytona Beach Police reported that the school resource officer at the school was made aware of the incident. The victims’ parents asked that the school “ensure that the two perpetrators be held accountable.”
“The school administration has taken measures to address this behavior and we are here to support them if needed,” the statement from DBPD read. “The Daytona Beach Police Department in no way condones bullying within our schools and we stand united with our community and school administrations in that endeavor.”
Despite online reports and rumors, the victim did not sustain any injuries and her parents ar emoving forward with pressing charges.
