JayQ The Legend’s third straight video gets national rotation on the BET network since July. His latest music video is another Afrobeat sensation, called “Spend the Night”. Shot steps away from the Hollywood Hills, this music video takes you on a journey of love and music. From the shiny black, butterfly door McLaren to the moody music studio, the feelings between JayQ The Legend and his exotically, stunning love interest draws you in tight, but then leaves you wondering at the end… who took off in the McLaren.
JayQ The Legend focuses on love and relationships in all his music and videos. “There is so much to say and so much to explore”, says JayQ The Legend “misunderstandings happen because of communication differences, and sometimes escalation happens from something so insignificant. ‘Body Talk’, my previous song & music video, shot in NYC, opened up this topic like no other. ‘Spend the Night’ is more tender, but, let me tell you, there is a lot of body talk in this video!”
“Spend the Night” has been making both a splash in the US and across the ocean in the UK. It recently climbed to #10 in the UK’s Music Week Club charts and has been playing on terrestrial radio across both the US and Europe.
