Massive Brawl During Bernie Sanders’ Rally Caught On Tape!

A huge brawl broke out in the middle of the Bernie Sanders’ rally on Sunday night at the Colorado Convention Center, and it was all caught on tape!

The fight started after one man confronted another man for wearing a T-shirt that said “Black Guns Matter.”

The man who was wearing the shirt is black and told CBS that he was filming Bernie’s rally when he was called “racist.”

“He had a problem with the shirt I was wearing,” the man, who was not identified, told the news station.

“I was recording the event, he walks up and calls me a racist. But I thought, ‘What’s he know about black lives, about discrimination, or, for that matter, the representation of the shirt.’”

At some point, the two men began to wrestle and ended up spilling over the metal barrier that was separating the stage from the audience.

The NY Post reports that the other man claims the brawl started because the T-shirt wearer knocked his phone out of his hand.

Watch The Shocking Moment A Gunman Opens Fire At RHOA Star Kandi Burruss’ Restaurant

As we previously reported, a shooting took place on Friday at the popular restaurant Old Lady Gang in Atlanta, Georgia. A gunman entered the store on Marketplace Boulevard around 9 p.m. and shot another man while heading outside the place. During the shootout, two innocent bystanders happened to get hit. All three victims were immediately sent to a local hospital to be treated And thankfully none of them suffered any life-threatening injuries.

Dashcam footage obtained by FOX 5 showed the terrifying moment it all went down. In the clip, you can see a black car pulling up to Kandi, 43, and her husband Todd Tucker’s Old Lady Gang restaurant. From there, a man wearing a red or orange jumpsuit is seen walking inside the eatery then chasing another man out of the restaurant and pointing a gun at him. The video then shows the man running out of the frame, with one of the victims on the ground as a woman tries to help. An eyewitness told FOX 5: “We saw the muzzle fire, the gun. It was a very terrifying situation.”

According to the latest updates, police are still on the hunt for the gunman who fled the scene following the shooting. In the meantime, Kandi has released a statement on the incident saying she is sadden by the unfortunate event.

“My family and I are truly saddened by the unfortunate events that occurred at Old Lady Gang (OLG) Camp Creek, on the evening of February 14th, an evening that was meant to celebrate love, unfortunately turned into something quite different. Our prayers and thoughts go out to the individuals that were harmed or in any way negatively impacted. We are aware that this matter is being actively investigated by law enforcement and we are cooperating with law enforcement to bring to justice those involved. As African-American business owners, it has been our goal to invest in our community by bringing jobs, quality dining, and a positive experience to the greater Atlanta area; we hope that you know and understand that the acts of violence that occurred yesterday evening do not, in any way, serve as a reflection of OLG or its values.”

She concluded,

“We appreciate all of the love and prayers that have come our way and we encourage anyone with any information regarding any aspects of the events that occurred to please reach out to law enforcement as soon as possible.”

School Bus Driver Caught On Camera Assaulting Deaf Student

A Michigan bus driver has resigned from his position after he was caught on camera assaulting a deaf student. He also faces two criminal charges.

MLive reports the assault took place on Feb.5 on a Genesee County school bus around 3 p.m. where 61-year-old Thomas L. Norton was caught on camera slamming a student’s head against the window. Genesee County Sheriff Chris Swanson says based on the footage that Norton may have lost his temper when he grabbed the adult student by the head and slammed it multiple times while saying “Stop it”:

“… You know that students can push your buttons, but you have to have a good temperament, you have to have some good discernment of what you can do and what you can’t do. Physically touching, harming, assaulting a student is off-limits.”

“The adult (student) has some challenges … (and) wasn’t able to respond and because of that … the GISD brought it to our attention the next day when they found out…. (We) immediately made contact with the individual’s families,”

Norton and his assistant were initially placed on administrative leave but the pair have resigned from their positions. Assistant Superintendent Steve Turncliff said the Michigan School for The Death informed them of the situation last week:

“We immediately acted, working hand in hand with the Genesee County Sheriff’s Office and Adult Protective Services.”

Norton faces two single counts of third-degree vulnerable adult abuse assault and battery.

Stuntwoman And Husband Killed In Shootout Between Her Ex And His New Wife

A well known Hollywood stuntwoman and her husband was killed during an ambush she planned on Wednesday.

According to the New York Post, Cheryl Sanders, 59, and her husband Reed Sanders, 56, traveled six hours from their home in North Carolina to confront her ex-husband, Lindsey Duncan outside of his home in Yellow Springs, Ohio. Sanders and her husband started shooting towards Duncan, leading to a deadly shootout. Duncan said he feared for his wife Molly’s life before he shot and killed Sanders.

“The most difficult of this whole process — besides listening to my wife say, ‘I’m going to die, they’re going to kill me’ — is having to tell my two daughters that their mother’s been shot,”

He added that Sanders’ husband pointed a gun inches away from Molly’s head and said: “what happened after that was instinct.” Reports from authorities say that Cheryl drove to Duncan’s home to discuss an educational trust fund but Molly said the couple started shooting out of nowhere.

“The word ‘ambush’ is exactly what it was. We were caught off-guard. They said nothing and they started shooting at us.”

Cheryl Sanders was a stuntwoman who worked in Hollywood for movies such as “Back to The Future II” and did stunt work for Sandra Bullock, Cameron Diaz, Nicole Kidman, and Jessica Alba.

Greene County Sheriff Gene Fischer said in a statement that Duncan contacted him previously about his ex-wife’s dangerous behavior.

Alabama Bill May Require Men To Get A Vasectomy At 50 Or After Third Child

An Alabama lawmaker has proposed a new bill where it will be required for men over the age of 50 to get a vasectomy or after their third child.

According to FOX 46 Charlotte, the bill would require all men living in the state of Alabama to get a vasectomy within a month of their 50th birthday or the birth of their biological child. It was introduced Thursday by state Rep. Rolanda Hollis, D-Birmingham and she said the man would have to pay for their own procedure. Hollis said on Twitter that the bill will allow men to be more accountable for their reproductive health:

“The Vasectomy bill is to help with the reproductive system. This is to neutralize the abortion ban bill. The responsibility is not always on the women. It takes 2 to tangle. This will help prevent pregnancy as well as abortion of unwanted children. This bill is to help men become more accountable as well as women,”

The bill states that there are “no restrictions on the reproductive rights of men”

“Under existing law, there are no 9 restrictions on the reproductive rights of men. This bill would require a man to undergo a vasectomy within one month of his 50th birthday or the birth of his third biological child, whichever comes first.”

Los Angeles-based Instagram model Holly Valentine claims she signed up for a premium account with popular dating app Tinder and they’ve since banned her for being “too hot.” Now, she wants her money back and an explanation.

Valentine, who was charged $86, says the app restricted her premium access after matches kept reporting her account as fake; calling her a catfish, claiming someone of her “status” couldn’t possibly be using Tinder.

Valentine tells The Sun, “I used clean pictures, did everything I was supposed to, swiped right on a couple people, I got some matches and then started binge-watching ‘Game of Thrones.’ Then after a couple hours I went back on saw a couple previews of messages and then got locked out of the app. The previews that I did see were ‘you’re probably not real,’ ‘why would a girl like you be on Tinder.’ I didn’t even get to meet anyone or even really use the app.”

She adds, “I figured I must have gotten flagged on there so I contacted Tinder and Apple asking for a refund. Tinder gave me no response and Apple said refunds are up to the discretion of the app. Tinder isn’t agreeing to it but they won’t tell us why.”

Valentine eventually went live on IG, fighting for justice, venting, “The second you pay someone for something, I’m sorry… I’m ok with them kicking me off, but they have a contractual obligation to tell me why they’re taking my money and not refunding me. I really think it’s unfair of them to be like, ‘Hey we’re going to take $86 from you.'”

A group of Wendy’s employees was fired after they uploaded a video of their coworker bathing inside of a kitchen sink.

According to Click Detroit, the video shows the employee bathing in a kitchen sink at the Wendy’s on N.Lafayette Street in Greenville, Michigan. As the person continues to bathe themselves, another employee talks to them. He says “It feels like a hot tub. I’m just enjoying life.”

Officials reported that the video was uploaded to TikTok then shared on Facebook.

A statement from franchise owner Team Schostak Family Restaurants said all employees were fired from the location after they discovered the video:

“This egregious behavior is completely unacceptable and counter to our safety, training and operational standards. The health department visited the restaurant today and no violations were reported.”

The video was viewed over 100,000 times on Facebook. A similar incident occurred with a man taking a bath at a Wendy’s kitchen sink in Florida. Their video was also shared on Twitter garnering thousands of views.

Teacher Tells Hispanic Student “Go Back To Your Country” For Not Standing During National Anthem

A Chicago teacher is facing backlash after he told a Hispanic student to go back to her country when she didn’t stand during the National Anthem at an assembly.

According to the Daily Mail, the incident occurred last month at Nicholas Senn High School where the teacher told 17-year-old Yesica Salazar to return to her country, Salazar is a United States citizen. Before making the remark, the teacher asked her if her legs were broken since she didn’t stand up.

Salazar and her classmates performed a sit-in at the school on Wednesday in response to the school’s lack of effort to address the teacher’s racist remark. The teacher’s identity has yet to be revealed but sources on social media say it was a gym teacher who made the remark towards Salazar.

‘I felt very offended because my parents have fought hard to be part of this country,’

The Chicago Public School District released a statement stating an investigation has been launched after several of their students have demanded the termination of the racist teacher.

Stripper Who Fell From 15-Foot Pole Gets $10,000 Scholarship From Wendy Williams!

Socialites, get into this! The stripper who plummeted 15 feet off a pole and suffered major injuries including a broken jaw has made her first public appearance since the accident. Genea Sky appeared on The Wendy Show this Friday where she recalled the scary fall and the aftermath from it all.

As we previously reported, Genea’s accident happened over Super Bowl weekend. In the now-viral video shows Genea dangling from the top of the pole then suddenly falling off, landing straight to the hard ground. At the time, she didn’t appear to be in pain as she continued dancing. But, the next day she revealed on Instagram that she suffered multiple injuries including cuts and bruises, in addition to her broken jaw. In another clip, she also revealed that did have surgery, which went well.

While speaking to the host with her jaw still wired shut, Genea said the fall was “the worst pain I’ve ever felt and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone.” The 24-year-old admitted that she has been praying for something to force her to quit stripping so she could put all her focus on going back to beauty school to become an esthetician. From there, Wendy surprised her with a $10k scholarship to help her fulfill that career goal!

Genea also shared that the general manager at the Texas strip club where she performed, also reached out to her to help with some of her medical bills.

Woman Who Ran Over Teen For Being “Mexican” Ruled Incompetent To Stand Trial

The Iowa woman who is responsible for multiple hate crimes along with running over a teen because she thought the girl was “Mexican” is ruled incompetent to stand trial.

According to ABC 11, A judge ruled on Tuesday that Nicole Poole,42, is incompetent to stand trial based on a “preponderance of the evidence, that the defendant is suffering from a mental disorder.” The judge stated that Poole is unable to truly understand her charges and act accordingly in regards to her defense. She also goes by the name Nicole Franklin.

All case proceedings have been suspended and the judge has ordered for Poole to recieve state treatment in order to have her fully aware in order to stand trial. Her hearing is scheduled for April 21.

Back in December, a judge ordered for Poole to be evaluated after her attorney reported that she appeared mentally incompetent. The defense did not recieve any opposition from prosecutors after they made a slight observation.

Poole is facing charges for driving her SUV onto a sidewalk and hitting 14-year-old Natalia Miranda in Des Moines. She also conducted the same act to hit a 12-year-old black boy. Thankfully, both children survived. After the attacks, Poole entered a store to yell racial slurs at a store clerk and several customers.

Man Arrested For Reporting Racism At His Former Workplace

An Oregon man was arrested back in February 2017 for reporting racism at his former workplace because his former boss called in a friend who worked for the West Linn Police Department to arrest him for making the report. He was awarded an additional $600,000 for the false arrest.

According to Raw Story, Michael Fesser,48, reported the racial harassment committed by his co-workers to former boss Eric Benson, the owner of A&B Towing in Portland. Fesser said he was called various racial slurs and was even asked if he would like a confederate flag placed on a pickup truck in the workplace’s parking lot. Shortly after the report, Fesser was arrested by police without probable cause and his belongings were seized without a warrant.

Fesser filed a lawsuit against his former boss which revealed dozens of racist text messages between Benson and the former police chief. During a November 2017 trial, Fesser was indicted but his former boss’ lawyers said they would offer to dismiss the charges against him if he dropped his lawsuit.

In March 2018, the company agreed to pay Fesser $415,000 in damages, wages, and attorney fees as a settlement but West Linn awarded an additional $600,000 to Fesser for the false arrest. Fesser’s lawyer, Paul Buchanan, hopes that his client’s case will spread more public awareness about reform and the mistreatment by law enforcement.

Kentucky Police Department Faces Backlash Over Video Of Officer Punching A Homeless Man

A disturbing video of a homeless man getting punched repeatedly by cops has made its rounds on social media and now people are looking for answers.

According to an arrest report obtained by WDRB, officers were called to the parking garage at the PNC Tower in downtown Louisville, around 9 a.m. Tuesday, after someone reported that a man was harassing people and causing a disturbance. From there, cops say they found a security guard holding 29-year-old Foussene Pemba in a bear hug. Apparently, security employees told cops that they tried to escort Pemba off the property, but he became combative and was not able to remove him. Police tried to put Pemba in handcuffs, but he reportedly put his hands in front of his waist.

They also claim Pemba swung at one of the cops who retaliated with at least a dozen punches to his head. Many people who came across the clip found the move to be very extreme, with some noting that officers used excessive force. The community has urged for an investigation into the policemen. According to the news site, Louisville Metro Police Department has launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding his arrest.

Pemba recently appeared for a court hearing where the Jefferson County Attorney’s Office argued for an increased bond of $10,000, based on a previous criminal history.

“A prior misdemeanor conviction for Jefferson County is for resisting arrest,” a spokesperson for the county attorney’s office said. “He was out on a bench warrant for criminal trespass 3rd, and the facts and circumstances alleged here would certainly indicate an escalation in behavior and certainly cause concern for the safety of the community.”

However, the judge ultimately settled on a $5,000 cash bond.

College Football Star Bodyslams Officer During Arrest!

A college football star is facing felony assault charges after a video reportedly showed him body-slamming a police officer while being arrested.

WBNS-TV reports that Michael Harris, who is a sophomore at Eastern Kentucky was arrested on Monday after the police were called about a disturbance in regards to an aggressive man at a business. The cops believe that he was intoxicated and unaware of where he was, however, when they tried to approach him, he allegedly became violent and began to wrestle with them.

The video shows Harris being hit by one cop before picking up the other officer and slamming him into the ground.

As of now, Harris is facing charges of resisting arrest, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol.

When officers searched Harris’ car they discovered pills and a digital scale that is “consistent with drug use.” However, they noted that Harris denied using medication or “illicit drugs.”

Harris is scheduled to be arraigned on the charges on Wednesday.

A video taken from last month has hit the internet and now it’s causing a big debate! In the now-viral clip, a woman named Wendi Williams… says she was on a plane from New Orleans to Charlotte when she had a horrible encounter with another passenger.

Wendi says she just reclined her seat back and apparently it pissed the guy off who was seated behind her. In the vid, you can see the guy mumbling something to Wendi but it’s unclear what he says. However, it is clear that he’s extremely annoyed as he repeatedly pushes her seat back-and-forth in hopes of her adjusting it back up. Wendi says things got even more annoying when she reported him to a flight attendant, who she claims just “rolled her eyes,” told her to stop recording the video, and then gave the guy some rum for his troubles.

Wendi took to Twitter to share that American Airlines did apologize for the incident but she’s still going to press charges against the other AA passenger. She also said she’s had to get x-rays, still gets headaches and lost time from work since going a couple of rounds with her fellow passenger.

“I was contacted via phone by ‪@AmericanAir‬, they apologized but really didn’t accept any responsibility for the flight attendant’s actions. I will be calling the FBI to press charges against the “man” who mistook me for a punching bag. Anyone who doesn’t like it, I don’t care!”

The video has caused a big debate on social media with people trying to figure out who was actually wrong in this situation. Meanwhile, a rep for American Airlines also spoke with TMZ and said,

“We are aware of a customer dispute that transpired … The safety and comfort of our customers and team members is our top priority, and our team is looking into the issue.”

Uber Ride Turns Into Crazy High-Speed Chase After Hit-And-Run!

#Socialites, check this out! Two passengers who thought they were going to get a smooth ride to their destination had the most freighting experience. A Virginia couple recorded the shocking moment their Uber ride turned into a high-speed car chase following a hit-and-run.

According to WTVR/CNN, it all went down around 8 p.m. on Monday when Tameka Swann and John Murray hailed an Uber in Richmond. They said moments into the ride, someone driving an SUV rear-ended their Uber. Tameka explained, “Our Uber driver attempted to pull over so they could exchange information, but the car didn’t stop behind us,” she said. “They went around us and sped off, and that’s when our Uber sped off behind him.”

John pulled out his phone to live-stream the scary high-speed chase on Facebook while pleading for the Uber driver to slow down, stop and let them out. Instead of doing that, the driver was just too determined to catch the other vehicle that hit his car and kept speeding down a couple of blocks. The Uber driver then dialed 911 and handed his cell phone to the passengers so they could tell the dispatcher what was going on.

“He kept going. That was the scariest moment of my life,” she said. “I have never been that scared in my life. It was a nightmare.”

Eventually the driver pulled over and let the couple out of the vehicle. The man later arrested and charged with kidnapping in Virginia. In a statement to CNN, Uber said,

“This driver’s behavior is deeply concerning and his access to the app has been removed. We have been in contact with the rider and stand ready to support law enforcement on their investigation.”
