Ohio State Highway Patrol pulled over Imani Edwards on I-77 North for a window tint and a fake registration violation. Edwards knew what was going to happen next so she zoomed off.

In a dash cam video, Edwards can be seen smashing into multiple cruisers while trying to get away. At one point, law enforcement surrounded her vehicle and forced her to stop. Even with an officer standing at her driver’s side window with his gun drawn, she still hit the gas again and rams into more cruisers! “I almost shot her,” the officer is heard saying.

Eventually, troopers managed to stop Edwards by forcing her vehicle onto a curb and into a pole.

While trying to explain herself, Edwards admitted that she was only trying to get to work. Edwards was arrested and charged with felonious assault and failure to comply.
