Queen Elizabeth Recovers From Covid To Host Virtual Audiences At Windsor Castle Home
This Tuesday, the Queen was seen for the first time since her diagnosis as she conducted virtual meetings from her Windsor Castle home.
Despite earlier reports that claim she was cancelling more meetings and appearances, the 95-year-old monarch, who has been recovering at after being diagnosed with coronavirus on February 20, was reportedly well enough for an outdoor family visit from some of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren over the weekend, the Daily Mail reports.
It was said that on Sunday, the Queen met up with Prince William, Kate Middleton and their three children: Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis at Frogmore House, which is on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Princess Beatrice and her 5-month-old daughter Sienna were also there for the visit.
As seen in these new pictures, Queen Elizabeth was also feeling well enough to participate in two virtual meetings from Windsor Castle this Tuesday, marking the first time the Queen has been seen since her diagnosis.
So far, Buckingham Palace has not commented on her COVID status, but a as expected she will continue with other duties and has private engagements scheduled.
