Olivier Martinez has filed for a temporary restraining order against his ex-wife, Halle Berry, alleging that she physically abused their 12-year-old son, Maceo.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Martinez claims Berry jumped on their son, placed her hands around his neck, and choked him during an alleged incident last Saturday.
Martinez says Maceo called him afterward and claimed that Berry had physically attacked him and put him in a chokehold. He further alleges that the incident was not isolated and that there had been previous attacks.
Martinez is seeking sole custody of their son and wants the court to order Berry to stay away from both him and Maceo. The allegations have not been independently verified.
