Blueface’s music royalties are getting snatched up to cover the $123,245 he owes Soulja Boy’s baby mama, Jackilyn Martinez, after she scored a default judgment in a defamation lawsuit from 2023. According to TMZ, Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Peter Hernandez approved Martinez’s request to use the “Thotiana” rapper’s ASCAP and BMI royalties to settle the debt.
Martinez got the default judgment in April 2025 when Blueface didn’t even bother to respond to the lawsuit. She accused him of throwing shade her way during his public beef with Soulja Boy, the father of her child.
In his social media posts, Blueface (real name Jonathan Michael Porter) took things up a notch, claiming he hooked up with Martinez the day before she and Soulja Boy threw a baby shower. “Tell Soulja get a DNA test that’s my child lil bro I’m the daddy now,” he asserted.
Martinez shot back, denying his claims. In a court declaration, she stated that she only had protected sex with Blueface back in 2018 and had no further contact with him. “I did not engage in any sexual activity with Blueface the day before my baby shower, or while I was pregnant,” she said. “There is zero chance that Blueface is my child’s biological father.”

She filed a $10 million defamation suit against him, asking for $100,000 for pain and suffering, $18,000 in special damages, $3,070 for attorney’s fees, and $2,173 in additional legal costs. However, the court decided not to award any punitive damages.
“As a result of Porter’s wrongful conduct and the defamatory statements, I have and continue to suffer severe emotional and mental distress, including depression, anxiety, panic attacks (and) crying spells,” she stated in her lawsuit.
The collection of Blueface’s royalties will keep rolling until he clears his debt to Martinez. Plus, Martinez is also going after Soulja Boy for child support for their three-year-old, as TMZ reported earlier this month.
