Blueface is doubling down on his approach to fatherhood, letting fans know that despite a wild temper tantrum from his daughter, he’s sticking to gentle parenting.

While pulling daddy duties at an indoor play center, the rapper shared clips of his 3-year-old daughter living it up on the trampolines. But according to videos posted to his Instagram Stories, the mood quickly shifted when it was time to pack up and head home.

Little Miss “Pink Face” was completely not having it. While Blueface was trying to buckle her into her car seat, the toddler went viral for calling her dad a “motherf***er” and even trying to swing on him.

Despite the shocking reaction, Blueface made it clear to his followers that he isn’t switching up his style or resorting to physical discipline.

Now, this isn’t the first time Blueface and Jaidyn Alexis have tried to get a handle on their daughter’s behavior. The parents have openly been working on her manners and patience—even bringing in a professional nanny to assist—but the process is proving to be a work in progress.

What Exactly Is Gentle Parenting?

It’s an approach built on empathy, respect, and understanding the root cause of a child’s behavior, rather than just punishing the action itself. Many confuse it with “permissive parenting” (letting kids do whatever they want). Experts note that real gentle parenting requires firm, consistent boundaries, just delivered without yelling or physical discipline.

However, it’s supposed to teach emotional regulation. When a child lashes out during a transition (like leaving a playground), the focus is on helping them process the frustration of the fun ending.
