PRAYERS: Simone Biles, recently released from the hospital and on bedrest, has shared that a recent health scare left her “almost dying.” On Saturday (June 6), Biles took to her Instagram Story and shared the news.

The 29-year-old Olympic gymnast first acknowledged that she’s never the one to really share her personal life dealings on social media. She continued to say that despite “valuing privacy,” nearly losing her life was one exception.
Simone Biles admitted how scared she was after “almost dying.” She continued to explain how her husband — Jonathan Owens — was not with her during the health scare, making things scarier. She said the Indianapolis Colts safety was in Indiana, practicing.
While taking to her Instagram Story, Biles fully wrote:
“I’m not one to normally share things like this because I value privacy in today’s age. But almost dying wasn’t on my bingo card earlier this week ❤️🩹 This was one of, if not the scariest experience of my life. Especially since Jonathan was in Indy for practices. I’ve been in bed resting this week, I’ll explain sooner or later but s/o to my close circle who reached out, checked in, visited & or sent flowers 🤍🤍🤍 loooovveeee y’all.”
