The 9 mm Sig Sauer SP2022 was reportedly purchased by Crumbley’s father on Nov.26. In addition, three 15-round magazines were purchased and Crumbley reportedly equipped himself with all three as told by Click On Detroit. Currently, a decision on whether to charge Crumbley’s parents for the shooting is being reviewed by Oakland County prosecutor Karen McDonald.
Ethan Crumbley, only 15, is identified as the accused shooter who killed four classmates at a Michigan high school. He had posted on Instagram just days ago a photo of his father’s gun, pretending it was his. Yet this didn’t raise any red flags? Sirens should have been blaring. pic.twitter.com/ySLdrdgPuq

On Wednesday, Crumbley was charged as an adult with one count of terrorism causing death, seven counts of assault with intent to murder, 12 counts of possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and four counts of first-degree murder. During his virtual arraignment, a judge denied the 15-year-old school shooter bond and he will be transferred from the Oakland County Children’s Village to Oakland County Jail.
Bouchard noted that there was no evidence that the teen was bullied or exhibited disturbing behavior before the shooting.
