Young Thug was clearly shocked to learn how PlaqueBoyMax got a vasectomy at 23, before ever having kids. The Atlanta rapper called the popular streamer “a stupid son of a b*tch.”
In April, we first learned that PlaqueBoyMax, born Maxwell Elliot Dent, went and got a vasectomy after failing semen-retention and having a pregnancy scare.
During an April 19 Twitch livestream, he shared the news with his audience. He began by asking if they remembered a video about him doing semen-retention — which is the practice of avoiding ejaculation, either by abstaining from sex or learning how to orgasm without ejaculating.
He admitted he failed at the practice, but was still going to make sure he didn’t “have no PlaqueBoy juniors.” He said:
“So, I got a vasectomy. I’m just telling y’all this because I want to be transparent with y’all about where I was, but I’m not finna go into details about my personal beliefs or why I do the things I do. Just leave it at that. I need y’all to just respect it.”
Days after his revelation, PBM spoke with TMZ about his decision. He explained he wasn’t ready for children and agreed that his decision was also “a feminist decision.” He added, “We love women. They protect themselves and we gotta protect ourselves, too.” He continued:
“[When] it comes time for me to [have] kids, people don’t know, but vasectomies are reversible. There’s a chance that it possibly—like the procedure fails and you can’t reverse it. But, there’s a high chance that you still can reverse it. So, I gotta protect myself and I gotta protect the people I’m dealing with. You feel me? We are feminists over here, for real.”
Young Thug Slams PlaqueBoyMax For Getting Vasectomy At 23 And Before Having Children
Fast forward two months when PlaqueBoyMax again spoke about his vasectomy. During a June 20 Twitch livestream, featuring Young Thug, PlaqueBoyMax told the rapper about his conscious decision to get clipped.
In a now-viral clip, PBM explained, “I’m not gonna lie. I slipped up and I was just like, ‘No. No more. I’m not slipping up no more.’ But you can reverse it, though. But it’s a chance that if could f**k up. You think that’s stupid?” Thug candidly said, “Yeah that’s stupid. That’s f***ing stupid. You got a vasectomy before kids? That’s f***ing stupid. If you were to die right now, you think God gonna let you in [to heaven]? No, n***a. He put you on Earth—‘the only thing I want you to do on Earth—he put you here to [pro]create. This n***a got a vasectomy before kids. God’s gonna slap the f**k out yo a**.” Thugger continued to call PlaqueBoy a “stupid son of a b*tch.”
