On Sunday (April 19), PlaqueBoyMax took to his Twitch livestream to share the news. He began by asking his stream audience if they remembered his video about doing semen-retention — which is the practice of avoiding ejaculation, either by abstaining from sex or learning how to orgasm without ejaculating.
The streamer said he failed at the practice and that he’s “not having no PlaqueBoy juniors.” He said:
“So, I got a vasectomy. I’m just telling y’all this because I want to be transparent with y’all about where I was, but I’m not finna go into details about my personal beliefs or why I do the things I do. Just leave it at that. I need y’all to just respect it.”

Days later, when TMZ caught up with the streamer at the airport, he again explained, “I’m just not ready for no babies.” When told he decision was “a feminist decision,” he pondered and asked, “You think?” He continued to say, “Yeah, we love women. They protect themselves and we gotta protect ourselves, too.”
When asked if protecting women was a part of his decision-making process, he said:
“[When] it comes time for me to [have] kids, people don’t know, but vasectomies are reversible. There’s a chance that it possibly—like the procedure fails and you can’t reverse it. But, there’s a high chance that you still can reverse it. So, I gotta protect myself and I gotta protect the people I’m dealing with. You feel me? We are feminists over here, for real.”
When given his flowers and praised for his decision, PlaqueBoyMax shared his gratitude. He was then asked if he thinks a trend will start after going public with his decision. He said, “It might. Everybody just gotta protect themselves. Real sh*t.”
