Louis Russell Claps Back At Andy Cohen
Netflix star Louis Russell is standing strong by his Peacock bae Huda Mustafa! The Too Hot To Handle contestant is clapping back at Andy Cohen after comments made during the Love Island Season 7 reunion… and let’s just say, he’s not here for it.
As we previously reported on Hollywood Unlocked, Andy Cohen pressed Huda Mustafa about her rumored romance with Russell during the big reunion. But Huda made it clear she wasn’t about to spill. She told the co-host that she couldn’t talk about relationships outside of the villa, saying it was for legal reasons and that Netflix instructed her not to.
In true Andy fashion, he fired back with, “Tell Netflix this was the No. 1 streaming show of the summer.” Whew! But that little jab didn’t sit well with Russell. And now, he’s got something to say too.
Russell’s TikTok Response To Cohen
Louis Russell didn’t hold his tongue. Taking to TikTok, he reenacted Cohen’s reunion moment and followed it up with his own response:
“shut up… how about you just shut up, yeah?”
He doubled down in the caption too, writing:
“I am under Netflix so huda’s reponse is doin that out of respect for me and what I got going on and if she says she doesn’t want to talk about it it’s as simple as that she ain’t got to.”
Huda Mustafa Explains Her Silence
Meanwhile, Huda Mustafa didn’t leave fans guessing either. She hopped on her TikTok story to clarify why she stayed quiet during the reunion.
She said:
“I prefer to share details about my relationships on my own terms, not for a TV show it has nothing to do with. Repeated pressure to open up, especially when it’s excessive, makes me uncomfortable, and I’d appreciate if that could be respected. But you’ll edit out the amount of times you asked and tried making others answer for me.”
Clearly these two are standing on business when it comes to their relationship and privacy. Whew!
