Onyx Collective’s first scripted series Reasonable Doubt is on its way to Hulu, and we can’t get enough already.

Led by Tara Duncan, Onyx Collective is Disney’s new platform for creators of color and underrepresented voices, where creators of color can lead in directing, producing, creating and writing our favorite shows. In Reasonable Doubt Emayatzy Corinealdi plays the lead Jax, a powerful defense attorney who juggles her high stress job amidst family drama. The intense thriller drama has multiple twists and turns that leave you

Jax might be in the office with a group of older white men, but she is the strongest lead on her legal team, Neve letting any emotion or personal feelings get in the way of her job, and winning.

We had a chance to speak with writer/executive producer Raamla Mohamed (Scandal);who works alongside executive producer Kerry Washington. Cast, Emayatzy Corinealdi , Sean Patrick Thomas, Michael Ealy, McKinley Freeman, Angela Grovey and Tim Jo! We got into all things Reasonable Doubt, and what can be expected from the explosive series and if our new faves would take a big paycheck over their conscious when it came to a hot shot client that is clearly guilty!

The fun don’t stop!
