As we previously shared, in December 2025, a federal jury in Florida found Cooper liable of defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and promoting a deepfake video of the rapper after her 2020 shooting involving Tory Lanez.

According to TMZ, the blogger recently filed new court documents. In the new paperwork, Cooper reportedly asked a judge to pause her payments to the Houston rapper — in which a lower court order — as she appeals the $75,000 judgment ruling in a higher court.

Milagro Gramz Reportedly Claims Income Isn’t Consistent Enough To Pay $75K Judgment To Megan Thee Stallion

In the court docs, Cooper argues that the court hasn’t fully reviewed all the major issues with her and Megan Thee Stallion’s case. While filing her new motion, Cooper mainly, and further, argues that she currently can’t necessarily afford to pay the rapper, born Megan Pete. In her documents, Cooper reportedly describes herself as a self-employed media commentator and content creator.

She claims her income isn’t consistent, it varies month-to-month, and that she does not have substantial liquid assets. She also claims she lacks the facial resources needed to fully and quickly pay off her $75,000 judgment, much-less a full supersedeas bond — which is usually equal to the judgment plus interest and other costs accrued during an appeal.

In Florida, the final bill could also include Megan’s attorney fees, and more. Additionally, Cooper says she helps support her household, including two minor children.

She further explains that if she were to make an immediate and full payment, it would ruin her finances. To avoid financial ruin, Cooper is asking a federal judge to put a hold on required payments until a decision is made on her appeal.
