Oop! Kevin Durant was clearly not in support of Charlamagne’s comments on his “Brilliant Idiots” podcast where he said that Kanye West is moving around like someone who won’t be around for much longer. Akademiks shared a clip from the episode, where the discussion concerning Ye’s recent actions was talked about.

At one point, Charlamagne explains, “I hope that this is what helps him to go find some real healing, because clearly he’s hurting. I don’t see this ending well. I feel like he’s moving like a person who doesn’t feel like he’s going to be here much longer, you know what I mean?” In the comment section of the shared post by Akademiks, Durant seemed rather bothered by the remark.

“That’s a nasty convo these men are having,” he wrote, indicating he was not backing the message from either Charlamagne or fellow host Andrew Schulz, who boldly questioned how much longer the radio personality thought West had left before something tragic happened. Charlamagne interjected, saying he didn’t want to have that specific talk as he reiterated his aforementioned opinion.

It was just on Tuesday when reports claimed that after his partnership ended with Adidas, the company which helped him surpass a billion-dollar net worth, ultimately had him lose that status, according to Forbes. Per the publication, the deal with Adidas alone was said to have been worth around $1.5 billion, and after the company terminated the agreement, West was ultimately no longer a billionaire anymore.

With the contract being ceased, the “Real Friends” rapper’s net worth has reportedly plummeted down to $400 million, which is still a lot of money, yet it also shows how value the Adidas deal had on Ye’s overall earnings and financial worth.

Forbes continued to add that West will undoubtedly continue to make significant amount of his income from his real estate investments, sales of his albums and touring, and the 5 percent stake he has in his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s Skims shapewear line.

What’s more, the sales of Yeezy products at Adidas accounted for an incredible 8 percent of the company’s output, a Wall Street analysis revealed, showing that executives at the German-founded firm would ultimately lose an enormous profit by coming to the decision to part ways with West over his anti-semitic comments.

In a recent podcast interview, Ye seemed confident that even with his controversy with the Jewish community, Adidas wouldn’t fire him. “The thing about me and Adidas is, I could literally say anti-Semitic s**t and they can’t drop me,” he said. “I could say anti-Semitic things and Adidas can’t drop me. Now what?”
