The funeral of Joe’s father Francis Schreibvogel, is set to take place in Oklahoma on Saturday. The reality star, 57, is “desperate” to attend. However, Joseph Allen Maldonado-Passage is serving a 22-year prison sentence for plotting to kill big-cat rights activist Carole Baskin, 59.
As we previously reported, Joe’s team has been trying to get him pardoned for a while now and has even reached out to Donald Trump for help. If this latest attempt is unsuccessful, he will just seek out a temporary release from a judge to attend the funeral, according to TMZ.
Joe’s legal team will be flying to Washington D.C. today pushing for that pardon, but now there’s an added urgency since the clock is ticking for the funeral, TMZ Reports.
