Jenelle Evans has reportedly dropped her restraining order against estranged husband, David Eason.
According to TMZ, the teen mom star filed legal documents on Friday to dismiss the temporary restraining order, and a judge signed off on the request, per the Davidson County Circuit Court.
Evans and Eason were scheduled to appear in court in Tennessee for a hearing to make the order permanent, however, Jenelle requested that the case be dismissed.
As we previously reported, Jenelle obtained a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband back in November, after claiming that he was violent, making her fear for her life and her kids lives. She announced that she was starting the process to get a divorce in October.
The temporary restraining order meant that David was not allowed to have contact with Jenelle or her children. Jenelle and David share 2-year-old daughter, Ensley together.
As of now, it’s not clear why Jenelle asked for the restraining order to be dismissed.
