Absolutely heartbreaking! Actress Mariah Ann Martin, 32, has taken to social media feeling “devastated” as she says she’s learned that her husband Jon just welcomed a baby outside of their marriage a week ago.
Mariah and Jon have been together for at least 13 years, and share four children together. The couple got married in October 2022 after welcoming two of their four. By March 2023, they were pregnant with baby number three.
In November 2024, Mariah revealed she was pregnant with her and Jon’s fourth child. By June 2025, they were a family of 6. Almost a year later, Mariah claims Jon is now a father of 5, with his newest conceived by another woman.

On Friday (May 29), Mariah took to her Instagram and told her followers the heartbreaking news. She tearfully said:
“It’s been an hour since I found out the love of my life, my college sweetheart, the father of my four children, my husband, has a baby that’s one week old. And I’m devastated. And I tend to keep these things to myself because of shame and embarrassment — but it really caught me off guard. And I’m so hurt. But, I’m okay. And, I’m wondering what God’s hand in this is. I’ve always believed it was something divine, but sometimes, maybe your grace runs out for him. He’s never cheated on me before and when he does, he gets a baby out of it. And that’s just something I won’t be able to do…. I feel like this is a bottom I never deserved.”
Mariah captioned the post,
“I’m usually insanely private…. But I’m good at hiding my shame.. my pain … but I think it’s time I do something different.. I’m so embarrassed. I’m so heartbroken that I could crawl into a cave and decompose … but I won’t .. I can’t … to my friends. Buy a plane ticket and come help me pack my house .”

Several celebrities and public figures shared supportive messages and advice for Mariah. In her comments, were many celebs who have experienced their own heartbreak and failed marriages. The list included SZA, Kristy Sarah, Chandra “Deelishis” London Charles, Yandy Smith, Adiz “Bambi” Benson, Tameka Foster, Big Boss Vette, Tahiry Jose, Monaleo, Godfrey, and more.
Mariah shared additional posts about her situation with her husband. On the second post, she captioned:
“The calls and check-ins have stopped … the house is quiet .. and I’m left with silence. And piercing through this silence is a clear and loud sense of peace . The “peace that surpasses all understanding”.
I almost wish I wanted to drink , party, plot revenge, cuss folks out , binge eat, find comfort in the arms of another man or any of the self defeating things people do in times like this… but I don’t. There is no void to fill . I’m sad but Gods presence in this season is so loud that all my flesh wants to do is rest.”
On her final post, she wrote, “No caption,” as she continued tearfully speak out. However, in her nearly 8-minute video, she noted that she would not be speaking out for the time being. She said the third and final video would serve as her last as she takes a break from social media.
