Do You Think This Is Right? Nets Will Not Allow Kyrie Irving To Practice Or Play Until He’s Vaccinated

The Brooklyn Nets announced Tuesday that Kyrie Irving will not play for the team until he is vaccinated or the city’s vaccine mandate is lifted.

“Given the evolving nature of the situation and after thorough deliberation, we have decided Kyrie Irving will not play or practice with the team until he is eligible to be a full participant,” Brooklyn general manager Sean Marks said in a statement this morning.

“Kyrie has made a personal choice, and we respect his individual right to choose. Currently, the choice restricts his ability to be a full-time member of the team, and we will not permit any member of our team to participate with part-time availability.”

So far, Irving has not commented publicly on his choice to not beg vaccinated. However, he told his followers on social media last month that was a “private” matter though he’s made it clear through social media activity that he is, in fact, anti-vax.
