Singer Pink (also stylized as P!nk) is slamming the “fake news” reporting she and husband Carey Hart separated after 20 years of marriage. She insists that the “trash news” publications falsely reporting talk about “real news like the Jeffrey Epstein files, systemic racism, or [her] Rock & Rock Hall of Fame nomination.”

On Thursday (February 26), several reports broke claiming Pink, born Alecia Beth Moore, and her husband, former pro motocross racer Carey Hart, split for the second time. PEOPLE and US Weekly were among the many outlets publishing separation headlines. Each reported that sources told them that Pink, 46, and Carey, 50, called it quits on their marriage for a second time.
Previously, the couple — who share two children together: daughter Willow Sage, 14, and son Jameson Moon, 9 — split back in 2008, two years after their wedding in Costa Rica. They remained amicable and by 2009, they had done a 180. They made amends and revealed they were calling off their divorce.

Pink Shuts Down ‘Trash News’ Reporting She And Husband Carey Hart Split For Second Time
Furthermore, the new split reports arrive after their last public sighting together in September 2025 in New York City. At the time, reports claimed they were noticeably missing their wedding rings. The new reports also arrive after the couple’s wedding anniversary in January 2026. Reportedly, Pink did not acknowledge the anniversary, as she did last year. At the time, she shared a lengthy post on Instagram, gushing about her husband.
“19 years ago, on a beach in Costa Rica, we both took a chance we weren’t sure we even believed in. I’m so glad we did. I’ve been with you longer than I haven’t. You’ve been my one constant. You have loved me, hated me, and loved me again. I love our story, no matter what gets written. It is gritty and sweet. Thank you for being by my side all these years. I love you forever @hartluck.”
On Thursday evening (February 26), Pink took to her Instagram and shared a video slamming the publications falsely reporting on her marriage. She captioned the post, “Like I always say, if you don’t hear it from me, don’t believe the hype. tay tuned though! Who knows what could happen next!?!”
“Hi everybody. So, I was just alerted to the fact that I’m separated from my husband. I didn’t know. Thank you, PEOPLE Magazine. Thank you, Us Weekly. Thank you for letting me know. I was wondering if you would also like to tell our children. Our 14-year-old and 9-year-old are also unaware.
Or do you want to talk about some real news. Do you want to talk about the Epstein files? Do you want to talk about systemic racism? Or misogyny in sports? Or how classy the women’s hockey team is? Or how 8 of the 12 medals won in the Olympics this year for the U.S. were won by women?
Or do you maybe want to talk about the fact that I got nominated the first year I was eligible for the Rock & Roll motherf**king Hall of Fame? Do you want to talk about my accomplishments or do you only want to talk about my supposed demise? So, fake news, not true. I f**king hate that term. I love you all. Go with God. And, trash news, you can do better. Night night.”
On Wednesday (February 25), Pink shared a post about her Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nomination. She wrote:
“Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominee. How is this possible?! Look what we did together y’all!!!!! I never ever fit neatly into a box. That was kind of the whole point. This nomination isn’t mine; it’s ours. It’s for every one of us who ever felt like an outsider or underdog and found something in this music that made them feel less alone. If that’s you, make your voice heard! You can vote every day at vote.rockhall.com (link in bio). 🤍”
