Speaking about the evening, Jason Lee emphasized that the event represented more than fundraising. “Stockton’s young people deserve the same access to opportunity as anyone else, and nights like this remind me that people are willing to show up for that belief,” Lee said.

“I’m grateful to Cardi B and everyone in that room for putting real resources behind our youth. This isn’t charity, it’s an investment in what Stockton can become.”

Funds Will Support Leadership and Community Programs

Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit several of the Hollywood Cares Foundation’s ongoing initiatives in Stockton, including:

  • Leadership Unlocked youth summits
  • I AM READY leadership and personal development workshops
  • Toys for Joy community outreach initiative
  • Additional programs focused on civic engagement, leadership development, and mental health and wellness resources for underserved youth.

As the Foundation continues to expand its impact, the Beverly Hills fundraiser demonstrated how leaders across entertainment, business, and philanthropy are coming together to invest in the next generation and create lasting opportunities for young people in Stockton.
