‘Breakin’ Star Adolfo Quiñones aka “Shabba-Doo” has passed away on Wednesday in his Los Angeles home. He was 65-years-old.

A day before his passing, the breakdancer posted that he wasn’t feeling well but tested negative for COVID-19. On his official Facebook page, he wrote: Good news ya’ll! I’m feeling a bit better just a wee bit sluggish from my cold, but the good news is I’m COVID-19 negative!! Woo hoo! I awoke this morning to a gift from my pal, George “DJ 360” Jett! Thanks, man! Anyway, I have a lot of catching up to do. Let’s gooo! Thank you to everyone for your kind, sweet, and loving get well wishes and thoughts.”
Los Angeles authorities reported there were no signs of foul play in his death and a roommate found Quiñones unconscious in the home.

He was known for his starring role in the 1984 film ‘Breakin’ and its sequel ‘Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo.’ The famous breakdancer also did choreography and made an appearance in Lionel Richie’s “All Night Long” music video as reported by TMZ. Before his big break, Quinones was born and raised in Chicago. He is survived by his two children and was married twice.
