As previously shared, Boosie alleges he fronted $600,000 to Burkman and Jacob Wohl to facilitate a pardon that never happened. The rapper contends these men boasted of significant influence within the Trump administration, claiming they had the former president “on speed dial.”

Boosie is currently seeking the recovery of $300,000, citing a contractual clause that mandates a partial refund in the event of a failure to deliver the pardon. Burkman, however, maintains a different stance, telling TMZ, “The provision in the contract he is referencing was never agreed to at all.”
