Blac Chyna Escapes $2M Defamation Lawsuit From Ex Pilot Jones

Last year we reported that Blac Chyna was served at home with a $2 million defamation lawsuit from her ex Pilot Jones, and now she’s been dismissed from it. In 2017, Jones initially sued Chyna and her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian for cyberbullying and defamation, claiming they outed him as bisexual on social media.

However, before the alleged actions, the couple accused Jones of selling photos him and Chyna making out, and alleged he’d also insinuated that he was the father of Dream Kardashian — all claims that Jones continues to deny.

While Kardashian was able to grab $45,000 from Jones earlier this year — due to a judge dismissing claims against him — yesterday, a judge has now ruled in Chyna’s favor, dismissing her from the suit as well. The judge argued for her First Amendment right to “dispute false media reports” alleged by Jones; that being that he fathered Chyna and Rob’s daughter, Dream.
