While Wendy Williams is still trying to take care of her health, the former talk show host is also still dealing with financial stress, which is now starting to affect her family.

As it was previously reported, Wells Fargo had frozen her accounts back in January, claiming that she was “incapacitated” and a “victim of undue influence and financial exploitation.” This temporary freeze caused a major problem for her son, Kevin Hunter jr.

According to an exclusive report by @thesun, her 22-year-old has been evicted from his $ 2 million Miami apartment after his famous mom was cut off from her fortune and couldn’t pay his rent. The news site reports that he was hit with a lawsuit seeking nearly $70,000 in back rent for non-payment on the Florida home this year. As most good moms do, Wendy paid a lot of money, (over $100,000) when he first got the apartment back in March of 2021. However, he explained that as the lease approached the final months, “my mom went through some health issues that put the court in control of her finances,” and that “all of the financial support that she always gave stopped,” including the money for his housing, The Sun quotes.

Furthermore he says, “for medical and legal reasons, she has not been able to pay the rent for the past months since the 1-year lease ended and the court controlled her finances.”
He went on to say: “Everything happened very quickly and unexpectedly and I had no idea things would end up like this.”

Unfortunately, Kevin Hunter Jr. is not the only one whose suffering financial issues. His father Kevin Hunter claimed he could also face foreclosure if his alimony payments don’t resume. In the shocking court filing that was also exclusively obtained by The U.S. Sun, Wendy’s ex claimed his monthly payments which were made by the star as agreed to in their divorce, suddenly stopped in February 2022.

“I have fallen behind on most of my bills. I currently live in a community that requires payments to the homeowners association and I’m behind on that bill. If the homeowners association fees are not paid foreclosure will soon follow,” Kevin allegedly said to the court about the home he shares with his mistress and their love child. “My car insurance hasn’t been paid as a result of not receiving monthly severance payments. I’m behind on credit card payments because I have no money since the severance payments were suspended,” Kevin continued in his filing. “My life has been greatly affected since the plaintiff stopped making payments under our settlement agreement,” Wendy’s ex-husband added according to the news site.

Wendy has been pleading to gain access to her bank accounts and her loyal fans base has been demanding justice for the star as well.
