A black man named Robert Adams, 23 was shot by two police officers in a video that has gone viral on Twitter.
According to reports, police said there had been a standstill with Adam. According to the video, it can be seen that, Adam appears to be unarmed and is casually walking around what appears to be a parking lot.

Attorney Ben Crump shared the video and said, “Police in San Bernardino, CA, fatally shot 23-year-old Robert Adams execution-style! It’s reported Robert didn’t know there were police in the unmarked car before he ran for his life. We need a full investigation into this horrific execution!”
Adams mother, Tamika Deavila King spoke with cbsnews and shared, “I could understand if he was a threat to them, but he was not a threat to them. He was running for his life.”

Robert Adams, 23 could be seen talking to someone before walking in the direction of the officers’ vehicle. As he approached the car, two officers jumped out with their guns out. Seconds after, Adams ran towards a nearby building.

Officers shot Adams in the back as he ran between two parked cars. Police said he was an armed felon and an unlicensed security guard for the facility. Adams’ family disputed that claim and said he did not have a gun. He later passed away at the hospital.

“The boy ran,” said the victim’s stepfather Audwin King. “[The officer] hunted him down like a dog. If [Adams] still had some life in him, the [the officer] probably would’ve finished the clip. So, when do we have justice for that?”
