Sterling Shepard Reportedly Filed For Divorce From Chanel Iman After Nearly 4 Years of Marriage
Late last year, rumors began circulating about a split between Chanel Iman and Sterling Shepard. While nothing was confirmed at the time, Us Weekly now reports that the couple has called it quits after six years together.
The news site notes that the NFL star and supermodel quietly separated and are “getting divorced. A source close to the couple said, “they are going to try and remain civil and friendly towards each other.” The outlet confirmed that Shepard, 28, officially filed for divorce in June 2021, less than two years after the duo welcomed their second child.
Shepard and Iman welcomed their daughter Cali in August 2018 and one year later shared the news that they were expecting baby No. 2.
So far, neither of them has publicly spoken out on this news.
Iman and Shepard tied the knot at the Beverly Hills Hotel in March 2018. They had been dating for around a year before he proposed in December 2017. They met at Victor Cruz’s birthday party in November 2016.
