Dancehall star Shenseea — who just completed 30 years under the sun on October 1 — reflects on her song “Vulnerability,” on which she admits she’s “been faking it” and hasn’t had an orgasm with any of her past intimate partners…until recently when she figured it out and addressed it.
Shenseea, born Chinsea Linda Lee, kept it 100 while appearing on the ‘No NDA’ podcast with host Rushane Campbell.
During their sit-down, Shenseea not only talked about her career, fellow Dancehall stars and legends, like Vybz Kartel, but she also talked about her son, relationships, and more. This included more intimate details about her personal and sexual life.

In one clip, making its rounds online, Campbell asked the singer about her September 2026 song “Vulnerability.” On the track, she sings:
“29 years under the sun / A man never yet make me c*m / Coming like my mental blocked / From something that I heard two centuries back.”
On the chorus, she sings:
“Show me, show me, show me, show me / Teach me how to be more open / Guarded like a cell, I’m holding / Wanna be in touch with my emotions / I’m so damn stuck in my ways / I’m trying to find vulnerability / You see the outside / Find out what’s on the inside.”
In the interview, Shenseea shared:
“Honestly, it was hard for me to admit that. But, it was so necessary because all my life, ever since me start — which is NOT young, by the way — I’ve been faking it. The older me get, I’m like, ‘Wait, it still hasn’t happened. But it’s not hurting them, it’s hurting me, ‘cause I’m lying. And me need if figure it out.”
Shenseea admitted that in her last situation, she did figure out in the moment how to achieve the big O. She then continued to explain why she’s had a hard time being vulnerable with her intimate partners. She shared, “I just feel like there’s so much trauma built up in my head ever since I was younger. It’s so hard to open up fully.”
Shenseea later highlighted her December 2019 song “Foreplay.” On the song, she tells men how to prepare a woman for the big O before intercourse.
