Tia Kemp still isn’t backing down even after 50 Cent filed a $6 million federal defamation lawsuit over her posts about him, his son’s mother Daphne Joy, and their son Sire Jackson, 14.
50 Cent Trolls Tia Kemp And Rick Ross’ Son, Tia Kemp Drags Him, Daphne Joy, And Their Son Sire
As we previously shared, 50 Cent, born Curtis Jackson, first caught Kemp’s attention after trolling her 21-year-old son William Roberts III — whom Kemp shares with 50’s rap rival Rick Ross.
50 mocked reports alleging William accused a man of threatening and pistol-whipping him. 50 ended up bonding out the man, identified as 20-year-old Don Shevarra Roberts. Before and after 50 bonded the man out, he feuded online with Kemp, born Tiallondra Kemp.
As 50 trolled her son, Kemp trolled both of his: his eldest and estranged son, Marquis Jackson, 29 (shared with ex Shaniqua Tompkins); and his youngest child Sire Jackson. The back-and-forth continued for nearly a week. However, things took a turn when 50 cent, who is a master troller, allegedly sicced his lawyers on Kemp, who claimed she received a cease and desist.
The paperwork demanded she stop talking about 50’s minor son — whom she alleged “was on the spectrum” because his mother was “h*eing and still swallowing 10,000 gallons of c*m while pregnant.” Despite 50 asking her to shut up, Kemp continued to drag him, his kids, and his lawyers. Ultimately, 50 announced he was taking further legal action.
50 Cent Files $6M Federal Defamation Lawsuit Against Tia Kemp After Filing Cyberstalking And Harassment Lawsuit Over Posts About Minor Son
On Monday (October 26), TMZ reported that 50 filed a case in Miami-Dade County, Florida court on behalf of his son. 50 accused Kemp of repeatedly targeting, cyberstalking, and harassing his son. He asked a judge to issue an immediate temporary injunction prohibiting Kemp from mentioning his son.
Despite the initial lawsuit, Kemp stood on business and refused to back down against 50, whom she dubs “15 Cent.” She fired back and said, “You started a lot of sh*t and can’t take it. You can’t bully me b*tch.”
Within hours of his Florida case, 50 then filed a second lawsuit in Los Angeles federal court. According to Billboard, 50 is suing Kemp for defamation, invasion of privacy, and intentional infliction of emotional distress on behalf of his son. He is seeking at least $6 million in damages. Still, Kemp is standing ten toes on her comments and beef with 50 Cent as she mocks his $6 million lawsuit.
50 Cent’s lawyers wrote:
“Ms. Kemp shamelessly used the label ‘on the spectrum’ as a pejorative slur hurled at a child to humiliate him and his family. But autism is not shameful. What is shameful is fabricating a diagnosis for a private child, inventing a sexually degrading cause for it, and broadcasting both to a mass audience.”
50’s lawyers said Kemp made her comments as part of an effort to “to settle a score with [Sire’s] father” via “a mass-audience campaign of falsehood and sexual degradation.” The lawyers continued:
“This action arises from a grown adult’s deliberate decision to use a young child as a prop and a punchline in order to wound the child’s father. S.J. is a minor and not a public figure… Defendant has given no indication that she will stop,. If anything, her ongoing conduct confirms that she intends to continue her campaign of defamation, harassment, and bullying against a minor, absent court intervention.”
