We asked Rihanna why she always makes it a priority to invite everyone to celebrate and support her including Black media, who often gets unnoticed. She replied,

“Because y’all speak to my people!” Rihanna began. “If I want to speak to my people, I come to Hollywood Unlocked,” The billionaire said. “I have to come to the Black Media because you guys have an audience that I respect, an audience that are huge fans of mine, and I have a lot of fans that are fans of yours. It’s kind of stupid not to tap into the people who are your customers, the people that look up to you, and the people that keep your business and your brand what it is.”
