Rich Dollaz is coming to his daughter’s defense following her arrest for shooting at her ex-boyfriend!

As we previously reported, his daughter Ashley Trowers was recently arrested for shooting at the father of her child, Demiah Tatum. According to @tmz_tv, he popped up on her at a gas station… where it was her first day of work as a security guard. Ashley had a temporary restraining order against him and was in total shock when she saw him pull up in a vehicle with another man. Once he tried to get out to confront her, that’s when she shot at him. No one was hit or injured.

Rich told TMZ that there’s a past history of domestic violence with his daughter and Demiah Tatum. He said prior to the incident, he sent her text messages and even cut up her clothes. He pointed out that it wasn’t just a coincidence that he randomly popped up this time… to her new job… out of all gas stations.

“She probably felt like he was going to beat her up and her safety was in danger.” Rich continued, “We still don’t know how he found out that she worked there… without understanding that people said that he just happened to pull up. I don’t believe that. I don’t believe he just happened to pull up at one of the hundred thousand gas stations in Memphis.

Following Ashley’s arrest, she was released on her own recognizance the same day after being arrested and booked for aggravated assault. Rich tells the news site that he believes she has a strong case if this ends up going to trial.
