It was discovered by prosecutors that the 17-year-old shooter violated the conditions of his bail by moving houses. The documentation provided to Judge Bruce Schroeder states that prosecutors were unable to find Rittenhouse after his warrant application reads that his address was fake and he no longer lived at the residence. They also asked for his bond to be increased by $200,000 as reported by the Daily Mail.
‘Rarely does our community see accused murderers roaming about freely. As a result, the defendant’s bond requires him to update the Court in writing within 48 hours of any change of address or telephone number.’
