A Maryland police officer is currently suspended for shooting a video of former NBA player Delonte West as he was being questioned while being handcuffed.

The New York Post reports the Prince George County Police discovered on Tuesday that one of their officers shot the video of Delonte West in his most vulnerable state. The video in question shows West handcuffed and sitting on a curb while being questioned by the officer and West yells “F— you! F— you!” shortly before the video is cut off.

A statement from investigators said they responded to a call about a physical altercation between West and another man near the MGM National Harbor casino. Upon their arrival at the scene, they saw the unidentified man bleeding from the face and handcuffed West.
