Nick Cannon Pledged Donation To Jewish Center After Learning Holocaust History

Following much backlash over his anti-Semitic commentary on his podcast, ‘Cannon’s Class,’ Nick Cannon has not only apologized and sat down with Rabbi Abraham Cooper for an lesson-filled discussion, but has also visited the Simon Wiesenthal Center (SWC) and Museum of Tolerance. Subsequent to his two visits and learning of the Holocaust history and more, he’s now pledged a donation to the Jewish center.

In a press release, SWC notes that upon his visit, he was shown The Hitler Letter, which details Adolf Hitler‘s 1919 plans for the “uncompromising removal of the Jews altogether.” He then visited the Museum of Tolerance where he learned the history of the Holocaust.

After being moved by all that he saw and conversation had with officials, Cannon decided to pledge his first paycheck from ‘The Masked Singer‘ in order to support the Simon Wiesenthal Center’s fight against anti-Semitism and hate.

Furthermore, Cannon’s pledge arrives after an episode of his podcast went viral. In his discussion with former Public Enemy member Richard “Professor Griff” Griffin, Cannon referenced conspiracy theories like, “the Rothschilds, centralized banking, the 13 families, the bloodlines that control everything even outside of America,” blacks being the “true Hebrews,” and praises to Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan.
