Mike “The Situation” Gets Warning After Only Completing 18 Hours Of His Mandated 500 Hours Of Community Service
While he and his wife Lauren celebrate their pregnancy with a baby boy (due in May 2021), 38-year-old ‘Jersey Shore‘ star Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino is under fire with his probation officer and the courts after only completing 18 hours of his mandated 500 hours of community service in relation to his tax evasion case.
Per federal court documents obtained by Page Six, The Situation is behind on his hours, leaving his probation officer to give him a warning. It’s stated that the convicted reality TV star was given options to complete his hours with local organizations including Toys for Tots, working within his church, Fulfill Food Bank in Neptune, New Jersey, Eat Clean Bro — which he’s proven to promote across his social media, plus Jon Bon Jovi’s Soul Kitchen in New Jersey.

Additionally, the documents obtained reveal he’s failed to attend hours set aside for him from his attorney, due to COVID-19-related concerns. As we reported, Sorrentino was released from prison on September 12, 2019 after serving eight months for his tax evasion case. In addition to his time behind bars, he was ordered to two years of probation, participating in a drug treatment program, substance abuse testing, paying restitution and cooperating with the IRS.
