Lawyer For Kenosha Shooter Kyle Rittenhouse Is Suing Joe Biden & Kamala Harris For Libel
Lin Wood, a lawyer for 17-year-old Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, is suing Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and his campaign with Kamala Harris for libel.
Following Tuesday night’s presidential debate, where Donald Trump refused to condemn white supremacists, plus a tweet by Biden showing a montage of white pride groups, which included a photo of Rittenhouse holding an AR15-style weapon, Wood tweeted that he is now filing a libel suit on behalf of his client.

While affirming his support of Trump, Wood wrote, “On behalf of Kyle Rittenhouse, I shall sue @ JoeBiden & Biden/Harris Campaign for libel. I am partisan in 20/20 supporting @ realDonaldTrump. I am non-partisan trial lawyer who aggressively pursues truth to achieve justice. Put in your hearing aid, Joe. You will hear footsteps.”
Meanwhile, Rittenhouse is currently facing multiple charges including first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless homicide, as well as a misdemeanor charge of possession of a deadly weapon for the August 25 Kenosha, Wisconsin shooting that resulted in three protestor deaths.

My great co-counsel @ToddMcMurtry hard at work for Kyle while I stay busy trying to block the haters on Twitter. But I only block during breaks from work . . .#WorldOfTheBlocked https://t.co/wtb4zjOsEF
