Joycelyn Savage is set to release a tell-all memoir about living under the shadow of her alleged fiance R-Kelly and their relationship.

She confirmed the news earlier with the New York Post where the book will be titled “Love and Joy of Robert,” and it is expected to be published on Saturday. However, she didn’t fully confirm whether she was officially engaged with R-Kelly. “All I can say is that it is about Robert, the beginning of my life in Robert’s shadow, where things began to take off, and where they are currently going,” she said in a statement to the outlet.
Savage also said that everyone’s questions regarding her relationship with the R&B singer would be answered in the book. Additionally, she didn’t reveal if the book would be self-published or distributed through a publishing house.

Previously, she wrote a letter last month to a federal judge where she informed herself as R-Kelly’s fiance and asked for a reduced sentence rather than the 30-year sentence he’s serving for the sexual abuse of women, underage girls, and boys.
“I’m writing this letter in support of Robert in advance of his sentencing, so I can explain to the court that I’m not the victim that the government has portrayed me to be.Robert and I are deeply in lo ve and it breaks my heart that the government has created a narrative that I’m a victim,” Savage continued. “I’m a grown woman and can speak for myself which is why I wanted to provide this letter to the court. He is a great man, with a great heart and deserves to be home with his loved ones who are ready to support him,”
However, her family has opposed the relationship and wanted their daughter to return home during their interview on Lifetime’s “Surviving R-Kelly” six-part series. This is not the first time she’ll be releasing a tell-all.
The outlet also reported informing fans that she’ll be releasing chapters of her story in 2019 through Patreon.
“I have Partnered up with @Patreon where I will post daily chapters of my story. Things I am going to reveal that was sweared not to see the day of light — by NDA. I am risking my life for many others.”
The alleged engaged couple previously met briefly at a concert. Years later after Savage dropped out of college at the age of 21, the pair reconnected and lived together in 2016, a close source explained.*
