More information has come out regarding the court documents Amber Heard and Johnny Depp filed in hopes that the judge would clear them to be used in the defamation trial. According to Page Six, parts of the unsealed court docs that have surfaced online this week reportedly also included a section where Amber claimed Johnny suffers from erectile dysfunction.
While some would argue how that would tie in with the defamation trial — well, according to Amber’s legal team, bringing up Johnny’s penile problem would have been significant seeing that their client had accused her ex-husband of raping her with a bottle. The legal paperwork provided more context to the situation, saying that Johnny used the object to penetrate his former flame due to his alleged ED condition.

“Though Mr. Depp would rather not disclose his erectile dysfunction condition, such condition absolutely is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp’s anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.” Furthermore, they contended that this would have explained the actor’s raging moments with Amber, on top of the persistent questions he would ask when it came to the mother-of-one being around other men, including her co-stars.
Fans will recall that the “Pineapple Express” star did testify in court about an incident between her and Johnny, who she claimed had forcefully penetrated her with a bottle without consent.
When asked by her ex’s attorneys why she never decided to seek medical attention, considering the bottle was made of glass and could have easily caused severe bleeding and tearing, Amber insisted that she was fortunate enough not to have suffered any injuries from the ordeal, so she didn’t see the need to see a doctor about it.

Furthermore, violent incidents as such as not uncommon in their household. Amber admitted that while things would turn volatile from time to time, the two were always able to make amends and work through their problems because some sort of chaos would erupt and ignite another war between them. Her argument was that she loved Johnny and wouldn’t have wanted his name caught up in the mix of scrutiny if the incident was to have gotten out to the public prior to their split.
News of Amber asserting how Johnny experienced erectile dysfunction issues during their relationship comes just one day after other information from the unsealed court documents uncovered that the father-of-two had accused his ex of being a former stripper and escort. Supposedly, it was her way of staying afloat after wanting to pursue an acting career in Hollywood.
