As the New York Post reported, her autopsy report was completed on Friday, and her death was ruled accidental. The medical examiner said she died Thursday afternoon after falling down the stairs in her home, which caused blunt force impact injuries to her torso. As previously reported, Ivana Trump,73, was found dead at the foot of her stairs inside her Manhattan home. Close friends said she was scheduled for a hair appointment but never showed up.
Former President Donald Trump released a statement on his platform, Truth Social, confirming his ex-wife’s death: “I am very saddened to inform all of those that loved her, of which there were many, that Ivana Trump has passed away at her home in New York City. She was a wonderful, beautiful, and amazing woman who led a great and inspirational life. Her pride and joy were her three children, Donald Jr., Ivanka, and Eric.”
Ivanka married Donald Trump in 1977 and held managerial positions within his organization during her modeling career. However, the former couple divorced in 1992 due to his affair with Marla Maples. They were able to reconcile and remained friends until her death.
She went on to marry two other men, Riccardo Mazzucchelli, and Rossano Rubicondi.

Our mother was an incredible woman — a force in business, a world-class athlete, a radiant beauty, and a caring mother and friend,” the statement continued, referring to Ivana as “a survivor” who “fled from communism and embraced” the United States. She taught her children about grit and toughness, compassion, and determination. She will be dearly missed by her mother, three children, and ten grandchildren.”

According to Page Six, Ivana planned to travel to St. Tropez a day before her death.
“She was leaving for St. Tropez tomorrow. This was going to be her first trip away since the pandemic. She was afraid of getting the virus. She was my best friend. I met her the night she met Donald. I can’t even tell you how fabulous she was, just a great friend, and the most amazing, inspirational person.” said best friend, Nikki Haskell.
