Nick Cannon’s family is expanding at a rapid rate at this point. The “Wild N Out” star has hinted that he is welcoming three children before the year’s end. While taking on the co-hosting position for Entertainment Tonight alongside Nischelle Turner this week, Nick was quizzed about recent comments he had made on “Angela Yee’s Lip Service,” where he openly said that “the stork is on the way.”

In a hilarious exchange between him and his ET co-host, Nischelle was curious to know how many babies stork will drop off, prompting Nick to respond, “That would take all the fun out of it if I just gave you a number right now.” When Nischelle continued to push, wondering what the odds were if she had placed a bet on the number three, the San Diego native said, “You would be close,” but “you would be safe to bet on three [more children] in 2022.”

The remark left the strong implication that there are at least three more children on the way for Nick, who has openly admitted in the past to having failed his past practices at monogamy. Back in February, the 41-year-old made some controversial comments after telling “The Language of Love” podcast he didn’t think monogamy relationships are healthy by any means.

“I feel like that gets into the space of selfishness and ownership.” He went on to explain his opinion, insisting that when two people are tied together through marriage, they shouldn’t break that bond, but when they aren’t legally married, it doesn’t make sense for him to treat a relationship with someone the same way.

“Married is not single,” the “Drumline” actor stressed. “When you allow the government and paperwork to come in and say, ‘This is a bond, this is a covenant’ … you’re not single.”

“You can still make covenants without getting the government involved, where two people say, ‘We choose to be monogamous because we value this so much, we don’t want anyone to be a part of this energy we have,’ and I don’t feel like that’s healthy.”

And while Nick has piled on a handful of baby mothers since calling it quits with Mariah Carey, whom he shared his first two children with — twins Moroccan and Monroe. And while his fans have been left gobsmacked by the growing number of children he has welcomed in the past two years, Nick assures that all of the recent pregnancies were planned.

“I’m going to take full responsibility. Any woman that I know that I have unprotected sex with, there’s the potential to have a child,” he shared.

“So I feel like if I have unprotected sex with anyone I know – because one, I value everything about me so much, if I’ve gotten to that point where I say, ‘I can take off this condom,’ I’m gonna say, ‘She could be the mother of my child.’
