Dineva shared the controversial comment in a July 29 video from his ‘Funky Dineva Live’ YouTube show. In the clip, Dineva commented on the latest report in the case. It revealed that D4vd will stand trial in the Celeste Rivas Hernandez murder case.

As we previously shared on July 27, Los Angeles Judge Charlaine Olmedo made the ruling. It arrived after prosecutors provided sufficient evidence. This included signs of blood where the 14-year-old’s body was likely cut up. It also included alleged texts of the teen threatening to kIll the singer. Prosecutors said she sent them a day before she went to his home and never left. Additional pieces of evidence and probable cause were also shared to push for a trial.

Funky Dineva Questions Older Men Having ‘Sexual Attraction’ To Young Girls

As Dineva shared his opinion, he declared that everyone he knows, for the most part, “believes that boy did something to that girl.” He continued to disclaim and ask:

“I have a question and it’s not an attempt to exonerate or and it’s not an attempt to scapegoat. It’s an attempt to understand. When you are 21 years old and you are romantically obsessed with a 14-year-old, and sexually involved with a 14-year-old, is that some form of stunted growth? Is it some form of mental retardation? Is it some form of your mind not working correctly?”

Dineva recalled being 21 years old and a senior in college. He said, “I “didn’t even want to be in the company of college freshman, let alone a 14-year-old teenagers. Not to mention, being romantically involved with one. That is very, very, very, very, very, very, very, very weird.”

Dineva continued to share his thinking:

“I imagine, all of y’all are saying, ‘No, it’s pedophilia. It’s pedophilia. It’s pedophilia.’ And it must be. And I know that there’s going to be somebody that’s going to be committed to misunderstanding me, despite the fact that I am going to say it very, very slow. I feel bad for anyone who wakes up one day and discovers that they have a sexual attraction to children. Listen to me carefully. And I’m not talking about people who have acted on it. I am not talking about people who have acted on it or harmed children. Listen carefully. I feel bad for someone who woke up one day and without any choice of their own had for them what was a natural attraction to children. I feel like it’s a burden that none of us would ever want to carry. I always say I’m very fascinated by the human brain and I am. And I guess the reason why I am able to have this level of introspection when it comes to people who have a pedophile problem is because often times the general society loves to throw the LGBT community in that same bucket with them.”
