Clayton Howard — the former male escort accusing Diddy and Cassie of sex trafficking and more — went on a rant as the singer fled America amid his lawsuit.
Former Male Escort Files Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Against Cassie And Diddy
Howard is one of seven male escorts federal prosecutors alleged Diddy, born Sean Combs, hired for his alleged freak-offs with Cassie, born Casandra Ventura. In Diddy’s criminal case, prosecutors accused Diddy of transporting the escorts across state lines for the purpose of prostitution.
In July 2025, Howard dragged Diddy and Cassie to court alleging the singer gave him a sexually transmitted disease and got an abortion after he got her pregnant. Howard claimed Diddy, who allegedly went by “Dave,” first hired him for alleged freak-offs starting in 2009. He said for more than five years, the former couple trafficked him for the purposes of commercial sex, using him as “entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions.”
Howard also claimed he ended up getting Cassie pregnant and that she allegedly aborted the pregnancy without telling him, and then continued having unprotected sex with him. He also alleged he contracted an STD from her.
Howard’s lawsuit also accused Cassie and Diddy of drugging him with ecstasy, and manipulating and traumatizing him as they themselves engaged in a toxic, domestically abusive relationship, which he alleged became violent.
In his lawsuit, he claimed after dealing with the former couple he suffered from physical and psychological injury, lost wages and benefits, medical expenses, pain and suffering, emotional distress and mental anguish, plus loss of enjoyment of life.

Cassie Flees United States Amid Sex Trafficking Lawsuit Filed By Former Male Escort
Since Howard filing his lawsuit nearly a year ago, Cassie revealed earlier this month that she fled the United States following her reported $30 million legal settlement with Diddy.
More recently, Howard has reacted to Cassie’s fleeing amid his lawsuit. He also went on a rant about her filing to dismiss his suit while never disputing his allegations. In a nearly 10-minute video, Howard called Cassie a “liar” and a “c*m dumpster,” adding that her legal team are also liars.
However, he did admit that she is a “victim of domestic violence.” But in the same breath, he said, “Diddy didn’t make her sleep with all of those Black guys,” referring to all the alleged male escorts. Howard continued to maintain that Cassie has not denied his allegations of her coercing and sex trafficking him. However, she is currently seeking to dismiss his lawsuit, based on the expiration of the statute of limitations.
In another post, reacting to Cassie fleeing the U.S. amid his lawsuit, Howard wrote:
“Cassie is running! She lied and she tried to run to escape justice, but justice catch[e]s the guilty.
Run rabbit run, or better yet run Cassie – RUN. Lying to the world and federal prosecutors works if their is noone to expose your lies. Unfortunately for Cassie, Clayton Howard knows shes a pathological liar. I tried to show her husband respect and not contact him about his lying c*mdumpster of a wife. That does not mean i totally supported her lies, I just chose not to embar[r]ass her or her husband in the beginning. That message to Alex Fine was before i spoke with federal prosecutors and discovered Cassie was lying. From day 1, my first interview with the US Attorney I told them Cassie was lying. Her attorneries know how dumb the general public is, so they chose to spin a narrative. Since they want to play stupid games, Ill help her win the dumb hoe award of the year.
