Dr. Umar Johnson is weighing in on an unpopular opinion — and essentially double standard — deeming White women “sexually free” while condemning Black women as “jezebels” whenever they have had multiple partners.
Johnson adds, “Snow bunnies can be marriage material no matter how much of a h*e she is.” Meanwhile, Black women are discarded if they have a long sexual past.
Johnson — a psychologist, author, motivational speaker and self-proclaimed “Prince of Pan-Africanism” — shared his thoughts on Nick Cannon’s ‘Nick Cannon At Night’ on BET. In a viral clip from the show, Johnson weighs in on the aforementioned double standard. He does so with Cannon, comedian Chris “CP” Powell, and more.
As Cannon pulled a question, he read, “White women are more sexually free.” Comedian Courtney Bee quipped, “Because they sexualize Black girls too much.” Johnson chimed in:
“Thank you. The reason the White woman can be sexually free is [because] she benefits from a snow bunny privilege that still grants her the right to be marriage material, no matter how much of a h*e she is.”

Cannon and Bee each made faces, seemingly both in agreement. Johnson added:
“The Black woman cannot have two partners. The minute a Black woman has a second partner, she’s automatically considered easy and free.”
Johnson continued to prove his point by mentioning Jennifer Lopez. He said she was someone who has been married multiple times and is still “marketable” for marriage. In Lopez’s case, she has been engaged six times, married 4, and divorced 4. Johnson also mentioned Kim Kardashian — who has been engaged 4 times, married 3, and divorced 3.
