Los Angeles rapper The Game is calling out psychologist Dr. Umar Johnson, who previously called out LeBron James over his son Bronny James and his prom date. On Friday (May 20), we shared an Instagram post from Dr. Umar Johnson, where he calls out King James for seemingly preaching one thing, but doing another.

Bronny James & His Prom Date Go Viral

Now, the backstory here is that 17-year-old Bronny James recently posted pictures of he and his prom date, Peyton Gelfuso.

While Bronny and Peyton posed beautifully in their photos, the young basketball player quickly faced racist abuse for escorting a white young lady to his prom, as a young Black man — a controversial matter involving two minors that should not be an issue in the first place.

However, social media quickly drew up memes and comments poking fun the pair and soon social users came for Bronny’s father. Investigators dug up photos of LBJ and his prom date way back when, who happened to also be a young white woman. Trying to correlate the the father and son duo, social media had a fiesta.

Next to walk into the online party was Dr. Umar Johnson, a psychologist who specializes in working with the parents of African-American children who receive special education and/or are diagnosed with disruptive behavior disorders.

Now, Dr. Umar Johnson is also a self-titled “Pan-Afrikanist” and a man who is known across social media for rightfully being pro-Black and proud of his roots and ancestry.

While there is no issue in the former sentence, social media did find one with him coming after LBJ over he and his son’s choice of prom dates.

Taking to Instagram, Dr. Umar Johnson reposted a meme, showing a photo of Bronny and his prom date, and a caption that read, “No disrespect, but….Yo LeBron, I thought you were an activist?” The meme also had a picture of a white bunny, which is in reference to the slang phrase “snow bunny,” describing a white girl.

The Game Checks Dr. Umar Johnson For Speaking On Bronny & His Prom Date

Social media ended up dragging Dr. Umar Johnson for speaking on someone else’s children. Included in those who checked him was LA raper The Game. Jumping under Hollywood Unlocked‘s comment section under the original article, Game quickly got Dr. Umar Johnson together.

The Game said: Literally a child & his prom date.. Lebron made it out the mud to provide a better life for his children & if his son wants to go to prom with someone of any race, he can. It’s his child & evidently both parents from both sides are fine with it. Kids are & will always be off limits. Worry bout yours !!!! N—-s always got sumn to project on others but be scared to look in the mirror at themselves. “No disrespect” then disrespects !!! Smh”
