We’re almost there! Tiana’s Palace restaurant opens at Disneyland Park on Sept. 7, 2023, introducing new menu items that represent Tiana’s story and honor the flavors and flair of New Orleans. Today, Disney Eats unveiled a first look at the dishes and beverages coming to the reimagined quick-service style location inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios’ “The Princess and the Frog.”

In addition to drawing inspiration from cuisine in the Crescent City, the Disneyland Resort culinary team makes an effort to source some ingredients directly from the state of Louisiana when possible. When Tiana’s Palace opens, guests will be able to mobile order food and beverages from this location using the Disneyland app.

Tiana’s Palace restaurant will feature selections such as:

    •    House-filled beignet featuring a lemon ice box pie filling and finished with lemon glaze

    •    7 Greens Gumbo (plant-based) with white beans, okra, yams, sweet potatoes and heirloom rice

    •    Gulf shrimp and grits with a Creole sauce

    •    Joffrey’s Coffee chicory cold brew topped with sweet cream

Guests will be able to commemorate their visit to Tiana’s Palace with two new novelties, available while supplies last: a Ray firefly glow cube and the lily pad and lotus cup ceramic set.
