Former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Brandi Glanville has been keeping fans updated on her years-long battle with a mystery illness, and this week she dropped a bombshell that’s got everybody talking…doctors found something alive, actually moving, inside her face.

Brandi has been open about her struggles for a while now, but the last few days brought a wave of new details. Over the weekend she posted a string of Instagram videos showing her daily 18-hour IV routine, telling fans how thin she’s gotten because the treatments make it hard for her to eat. She’s said before that the whole thing has left her feeling drained beyond words, describing herself as looking and feeling “like death.”

Brandi went on to explain that after getting an MRI, her doctor decided to run an ultrasound too. According to Brandi, the technician told her there was something alive in her face and that it was moving, something the technician said she’d never seen before in her career. Brandi said the radiologist backed that up, agreeing it was unlike anything they’d come across. As scary as that sounds, she’s choosing to face it head on.

She told fans she now knows what’s wrong and wants to have it removed as soon as possible, going as far as to say she’d cut it out herself if she has to.

For years, Brandi believed her facial issues were connected to a parasite, something she first started noticing back in 2023. She’s also talked about a benign tumor found in a lymph node in her face as part of the bigger picture. Earlier this year, she revealed doctors traced part of her health crisis back to old, ruptured breast implants that had been leaking silicone into her body for nearly two decades, clogging her lymph nodes and fueling infection.

It took her seeing more than twenty different doctors and spending a small fortune before anybody connected those dots. Even with all of that, Brandi says she’s still not fully in the clear.

She’s promised her followers a deeper explanation soon about exactly what the ultrasound found, what it means for her treatment, and what happens next. Until then, she says her days revolve around one thing: treatment, answers, and getting whatever this is out of her face for good.

Keep sending Brandi love and prayers. Whatever this turns out to be, she’s clearly in the fight of her life, and she’s letting the world watch her get through it.
