Just as news broke about Diddy’s prison release being moved up again, NBC News exclusively reported on the mogul’s alleged “privileged and pampered” federal prison lifestyle — which may affect his release date. They alleged he has inmates cooking and cleaning for him and also massaging him. Plus, his alleged access to cellphones, alcohol, and medications.

As we previously shared, Sean “Diddy” Combs got another break as Federal Bureau of Prisons records showed the music mogul’s projected release date moved up to January 21, 2028. He is currently serving a 50-month sentence for prostitution-related offenses.
The new date arrives just weeks after his date moved up to February 5, 2028. News of that move arrived on September 3. Before that, on August 4, we learned the 56-year-old’s release date was pushed back to February 20, 2028. This was after officials moved it up to January 24, 2028, despite Diddy being involved in a prison fight.

Diddy Allegedly Living Large In Federal Prison, Spending ‘Thousands Of Dollars’ On Inmates’ Commissaries In Exchange For Pampering
Now, on the heels of his release date being moved up to January 21, 2028, NBC News exposes the mogul’s “pampered” prison lifestyle. The outlet spoke with four men who claimed to have spent time with Diddy inside New Jersey’s low-security correctional facility, Fort Dix Federal Prison. NBC boldly reports, “No one is living quite like inmate #37452-054.”
NBC’s four sources alleged there are inmates cooking and cleaning for Diddy, and even giving him “Chinese-style messages.” Diddy allegedly has one inmate to clean the toilet and shower areas before using them. He also allegedly has men who secretly cook him special meals using a makeshift heating element submerged in water. These meals include: curry chicken, pizza, empanadas. Diddy also allegedly has inmates to make his bed, do his laundry, and more.
Allegedly, the mogul has people on the outside putting “thousands of dollars a month” on their commissaries. The inmates also alleged Diddy has access to alcohol, a cellphone, and Remeron (or “rem-roms,” a mood-boosting antidepressant).

Inmates Imprisoned With Diddy Allege He Drank Hennessy With Others And Had Them Cooking Special Meals For Him
One inmate boasted about allegedly drinking Hennessy with Diddy. Allegedly guards smuggled it in, Diddy stashed it, and shared it with a small group of inmates on the weekends. The allegation arrives months after Diddy was accused of being caught with homemade alcohol — for which he denied.
Additionally, NBC shared video of Diddy allegedly using a cellphone, against prison policy. A Bureau of Prisons spokesperson told NBC News it does not comment on a particular inmate’s conditions due to “privacy, safety and security reasons.”
“Like all correctional agencies, contraband, particularly cell phones, narcotics, and weapons, remains a constant challenge, and we continue to tackle the problem of contraband being introduced into our facilities.”
